Love golf course views? This memorable Black Butte Ranch home offers the perfect escape with its spacious patio overlooking the third green of Big Meadow Golf Course. Enjoy two primary suites, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a wall of windows in the main living area, creating a bright and inviting space. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue on the patio or take advantage of the resort’s incredible amenities, including a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and, of course, world-class golf!



Located just over a mile from Phalarope Lake and 10 miles from the charming town of Sisters, this home is ideally situated for exploring the area. Hoodoo Ski Area is just 14 miles west, and the nearby Pacific Crest Trail offers endless outdoor adventure. Take a walk, jog, or bike along Black Butte Ranch’s extensive multi-use trails, or play a round at either Glaze Meadow or Big Meadow Golf Course. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this home has it all!

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 fee per pet with a maximum of 3 pets ($300). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. SECURITY: Ring Doorbell camera in use at main entrance. Please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Great Weekend

We “Escaped”!

Perfectly wonderful layout of home. Plenty of privacy between bedrooms. 3 bath, 3 bed perfect for us and our adult children/couples. Golf course in back was lovely, relaxing and entertaining at times! Listing forgot to mention the straight shot view (yet somewhat obstructed by trees) of Black Butte right in front of great room windows! THAT was a bonus!

The property was wonderful and ideally located near the main Meadow Lodge. We found the house to be very clean, contrary to a prior review that had raised concerns about cleanliness. The layout was excellent, with an open kitchen and multiple bedrooms so my two teenage children could each have their own room. The master bedroom was spacious, and the deck offered a beautiful view overlooking the third hole of the Meadow Golf Course.We would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to the management service, who reached out proactively to offer a late checkout. All I had to do was reply “yes” by text, and we were able to enjoy a few extra hours—including time for me to get a round of golf in. Such a thoughtful touch!

Black Butte is/ was my favorite place to stay

House is wonderful floor plan and great locationBut the house was filthy dirty; the carpets and area rugs were bathed with old and new large stains which were prominent and many. Lighting needs to be improved for reading. Deck had not been cleaned. Windows were dirty. Cleaning crew left crumbs on couches and around them...popcorn by the handful. We made many calls to get it cleaned properly and finally day four we got a call back. Very disappointed with the property's condition and your maintenance staff.

As Advertised

Spent 5 Nights at the Bracken Golf Escape and the house was exactly as advertised! The property was clean, in good shape, and had a large deck. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath property had plenty of space for our family and our dogs. Located on the golf course, you'll get to see plenty of deer and a nice view of Black Butte. It is a quick drive to the Main Lodge complex, and easy access to Highway 20 via the West entrance. Would definitely recommend.
