Exceeded expectations

Clean, kitchen well supplied, beds comfortable, and nicely decorated. I really have no complaints. The balcony was also a very nice place to hang out. This was a perfect location for visiting Silver Dollar City. The trails were a nice touch so we could enjoy hiking when we didn't have much time between activities and the kids needed to rest in the condo.

It was ok

When we got to our condo we had no air didn’t get it fixed until the next day!! After that it was good!! The outside could have been cleaner!!

Hi Brenda, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-The guest is correct in reporting that the A/C was not functioning properly. However, we were only informed of this the day after your arrival, around 11:00 a.m. We promptly had a repairman onsite within thirty minutes. When the initial repair did not resolve the issue, you contacted us again around 2:00 p.m. We then arranged for an emergency HVAC technician, who arrived within a couple of hours. The A/C was fully repaired shortly thereafter, resulting in an estimated resolution time of about five hours from the initial contact to full repair.-Understanding the inconvenience this caused, we requested Evolve to provide a partial refund on your stay. Although the refund was applied to a single night instead of the full stay, we hope this gesture helped to mitigate some of the discomfort you experienced.We go above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay and look forward to welcoming many more satisfied guests.
