We were happy with the property. Clean, comfortable lijebeds, kitchen pretty well stocked. And guests have also left behind non perishables for use, sugar, flour, some spices, salt and pepper etc. Wonderful sitting out on the front porch. This was our 1stexperience like this and very happy with the results.Host was good with communication also.

Nice cabin, dog friendly, good location. Kitchen was well appointed and really appreciated the coffee on hand. Plenty of towels, beds are comfortable. Would stay there again.

Owner slow or non-responsive. Had to get the entrance code calling 800 number and AI agent came through! Tons of garbage sill in cans outside. Inside was nice. Entrance access requires going down back dirt "road"/alley.

Quiet and relaxing area, walking distance to lake! Close to every city convenience yet felt secluded. Clean grill, kitchen had everything needed to make dinner for 2 families. Had an issue with getting in the house but the host guided us through an alternative immediately and had no other issues. Would definitely stay here again and at any other sites with this host!

The property was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the porch and sitting outside as much as we could! Short drive to Rainbow Lake. Show Low lake isn’t too far either. Our pup also loved the stay.

Great place to stay in Lakeside!

This property was perfect for our family while visiting Pinetop-Lakeside! Centrally located and close to everything you need but tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, just off Rainbow lake. Also highly recommend renting boats, kayaks, etc nearby at Rainbow lake!Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying here again.

The cabin is in a nice location near Rainbow Lake and centrally located to local amneities and shopping. It was well appointed for cooking and games. There were a few items that may need a few repairs or upgrades but overall a low key, peaceful place to stay to unwind.

Beautifully updated home: all new matching dishware and cutlery, quality bedding. Tasteful bear and elk decor made us feel we were in an upscale hunting lodge. Spacious kitchen, huge tv, nice veranda and grill.

This house is misrepresented. The owner claims it sleeps 9 which is true, but there are only 4 chairs at the dining table, and only a large chair and couch in the living room which is insufficient for 9 guests.The carpeting throughout was very, very dirty. There is a broken table on the porch. The front yard was full of junk. There were very minimal instructions and no information where an extra propane tank is stored so we ran out of gas while grilling.I would never rent this home again and would tell others to avoid it.My fault for paying way too much as well.Shame on VRBO for not supervising this new landlord.

After you raised your concern, we immediately had the carpets professionally shampooed at a cost of over $400 to ensure they met our standards. Prior to your stay, we had not received any complaints regarding the carpets. Regarding the propane, we responded during your stay and provided instructions on where to find the extra propane tank. The porch table was inspected before your check-in and was in good condition. Our listing accurately states the home’s sleeping capacity, and the photos clearly show the dining and living room seating so guests can determine whether the layout meets their needs before booking. We strive to provide an accurate listing and a great experience for every guest and appreciate all feedback.

Loved it!

This place was so cozy and fun for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the details of the house, the patio in the evening and making smores at night. Next time we come to town, we will be staying here.

Father’s Day Weekend 2024

Very impressed, house was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable with 8 adults and one small child. No issues at all would highly recommend this place and we will be back when possible.

I’ll try to make this is quick as I can for the 1500 limit I’m allowed. Do not stay here! Upon check in the home was very dirty left over food in toaster oven, etc. this was the least of our problems. My biggest issues are the exposed needles & syringes left all over the outside of property. I was here with my children & small dog. The owner never responded before my trip with an inquiry of the address. Nor did they reply during my stay or after to address any the issues. The patio had broken cluttered furniture with exposed nails upright. It’s not advertise accurately! Not walking distance to any lake just the town cemetery. The previous guest bar soaps & pubic hair were left behind in shower & filthy shower curtain. The mattress don’t fit the bed frames. They had no basic starter coffee or basic amenities. Make sure to bring your own tp & paper towels if you dare to stay. The property is covered in spider webs as you are walking up the steps & entry to door with dead house plants & garbage debris’s all around & under the property. I’m not sure how there are so many postive reviews? I would never recommend anyone staying here.

We also regret that communication did not meet expectations here.
