Sea La Vie - Absolute beachfront! Amazing sea views! Off peak special!

SEA LA VIE is a beautiful modern property with amazing views of the ocean and jetty. Accommodating up to 11 guests, with only a short walk to the jetty, shops, playground and hotel. Beach access is only 2 houses down at the end of the cul-de-sac. Free Wifi!

Open plan kitchen with large 2 door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, small electric skillet, electric hand mixer, island bench with 2 stools. Dining area with large table and chairs, baby's highchair. Living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, L shaped lounge, small kids lounge, smart TV, Blu-ray player, X box with small assortment of games, books/puzzles, phone charging dock. Seating area with 3 seater plus 2 x 2 seater lounges, coffee table.

All bedrooms with a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, main bedroom with ensuite - vanity, walk-in shower & w/c.

Main bathroom/laundry with separate vanity, separate w/c, walk-in shower, laundry sink, front loading washing machine, iron.

Seaside outdoor area with amazing views, outdoor table/chairs, large umbrella, electric BBQ, pull out clothesline, small area with artificial grass for your furry friends, lockable gate.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x bunk beds plus 1 single bed.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Port Victoria is a small coastal township with a beautiful beach, Jetty, hotel, kiosk, maritime Museum. Wardang Island is only 10km off shore.

No smoking inside

Dog friendly by request only- A $100 refundable pet bond will apply - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring your dog/s - number of dogs and breed - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking. Please note the owner has a limit on number of dogs/breed for this property.

Family Getaway

Well laid out open plan living area really suited our group. Twin driveway was a bonus and the view across the bay were beautiful. It was easy to get down to the waterfront and there were well marked walking/cycle paths in both directions.both directions Yorke

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. The property was clean, modern and had all the luxuries of home, including comfy beds. The view was stunning, but unfortunately bad weather meant we couldnt sit outside and enjoy it, however there was plenty of comfortable seating and entertainment inside. It was so great to be able to take our fur baby with us too, he also loved his trip to Watsacowie Brewery (dog friendly). Thanks for a great trip.

You couldn't get any closer unless you built on the sand itself!The house was lovely with everything needed for a family holiday. Convenient spot- close to jetty and store

We were really impressed with the property and the location! Beautiful spotHowever, on arrival, we found the fridge had squid ink left from previous person, the toilets and bathrooms weren’t left clean, and the floors hadn’t been swept…. Luckily, it was a quick cleanup prior to unpacking, but an inspection prior to arrival would have been great! Other than that, our stay was lovely🥰

Despite the warning that only basics would be supplied, there was a well appointed kitchen with plenty of extras. Our dogs were happy and it was good to know they couldn’t stray. My grandson caught enough fish to feed us - what more could you ask for.

Beautiful house

Very clean. Lots of extra things for guests to use eg games, DVDs, X box. Full kitchen appliances. Remotes for air-conditioner needed batteries and BBQ needed cleaning before we could use it. More candles would have been useful during the SA power scheduled power black out that we were informed of.wouldbeeuseful for the power blackout,

No BBQ onsite just an electric element outside, this was disappointing when you are cooking BBQ's every night. Hand soaps supplied with only minimal soap in there. Funny smell (like cigarette smoke) in the master bathroom, did not go away the entire stay. Air con from house next door can be heard clearly overnight.
