First class home and service

Our experience staying in the home was nothing short of 100% perfection. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. This home is truly magnificent and so was the service we received. We will most certainly use Lori and Last Key Realty, when we return to Key West again.

Fanastic Home and Location!

Perfect home for relaxing either outside by the pool or enjoying the large screen TV in the spacious living room. The kitchen layout was perfect for preparing anything from a quick snack to a fancy feast. The bedrooms are very comfortable and charmingly decorated. The house was immaculate and we lacked for nothing. And it was a pleasant walk to anywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this home to enjoy Key West!

First class accommodations!

From the moment of arrival, this home was warm and inviting, ready for fun and relaxation, equipped completely for everything we could possibly need, and in a great location for all Key West activities. The back yard with pool, gazebo, palm trees, and many chaise lounge chairs was an oasis for privacy and comfortable relaxing. Property was clean, everything worked, and Lori Bailey was better than any concierge at any hotel ever. Lori always answered her phone for any questions and provided the best advice and answers for food places and fun things to do. We would highly recommend this home to any and all, and we hope to get back here again soon.

Lovely Old Town Home

This is a beautifully restored home. The furnishings and linens, right down to the artwork on the walls, was of superior quality. Lori was very helpful, with every request we had. This unique home and the excellent service provided to us, made our vacation truly enjoyable!

Spending the holidays in wonderful Key West

We all had a fantastic month at this home, during the holidays. This house was much larger than we thought and very nicely furnished. The ample off street parking was a big bonus. There was plenty of room for everyone to get together for meals, both inside and outside. We had excellent customer service from Lori, from the time we made our reservation and throughout our entire vacation. I highly recommend this home.

The vacation I always wanted!

This home was spectacular! I am fighting cancer and returning to Key West was on my "must do list". My family and I planned this trip for months and with the help of Lori at Last Key Realty, we made it happen. Our house manager, Lori was a gem and I felt an immediate connection with her. If we needed anything at all, she was just a phone call away. My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Key West 22 years ago. We had our entire family here this time and we can truly say, this was such a speical time in such a superb home! My friends and family spend a lot of time around the gorgeous pool area. Inside in fantastic and the artwork and the furnisheings are amazing! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for sharing this home with us!

Perfect vacation

We chose this particular home for the location and size. The rooms are so beautiful and the home is large and comfortable. Most of our time was spent by the lovely pool. Sunning, swimming and dining out-of-doors was wonderful here. We took advantage of the many activities Key West has to offer and toured the town a bit each day. Lori was a fantastic help to us. I highly recommend Lori and this company for extraordinary customer service!

We fell in love at Oliviana!

There is NO WAY I could write enough wonderful things about this vacation! The family has been coming to the keys for about 10 years not. Same month but never the same house. We always wanted to experience some place new. NO OTHER HOME even came close to giving us the comfort, the space and the fun that Oliviana did. Not only the property, but the home, the furnishing and every little detail was first class. Even the service and concern the owner and the management had for us was like no other. Lori went above and beyond satisfying our needs and all with the blessings of Bruce, the owner. She shared that Bruce wants us to have everything we need and want on this vacation. NO THAT is rare. I have to say thank you to Bruce for opening his home to my family and to Lori for her warm welcome and farewell to Key West. I mentioned in the beginning that we go to Key West every year and get a different home...2015 we want to stay at our new home, Oliviana. In fact...people reading this....Oliviana is off the market for the month of May forever! Lori, write up the contract. XOXO Kim

Perfect home, perfect location

We loved this home! It was so well organized with everything we needed. Our family and friends were equally impressed with the attention to every detail in the house. The art, the furnishings and even the sheets and towels were all top of the line. It is very evident that no expense was spared in preparing this home. The pool area was very well set up for our evening cook outs and long happy hours. We could dine inside or outside, in total comfort. We were able to easily walk downtown and to Mallory Square, for the fantastic sunsets. Our house manager, Lori was so friendly and helpful to us. She provided services such as bringing us items from the store that we requested and checking on mail. No other company we have rented from paid as much attention to our needs, as Lori did. We were given VIP treatment during our entire stay. She treated us like we were family. It is delightful to know that great customer service is still alive and well in Key West. We will rent again from Lori and Last Key Realty. We highly recommend this home to everyone looking for quality and excellence for their Key West vacation.

Relaxing In Paradise

This house is amazing, clean, well maintained and outfitted; and the pool area is great for just lounging around and hanging out with family and friends. The pool is beautifully decorated with mosaic tiling, great furniture and the lighting just added an extra touch. The master bedroom is serene and private with a great balcony. All the other rooms were comfortable and all have there own bathrooms which was great! The location is also perfect, close enough to all Key West's best offerings but enough distance you have to listen to it all day. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. We rented scooters right around the corner on Caroline St and scooted around town. There are so many great restaurants to eat such as Seven Fish (fresh seafood) , Mangia Mangia (homemade pastas), Michaels (best steak), 1/2 Shell Raw Bar (best happy hour menu), PePe's, and Blue Heaven's amazing breakfasts! All in all have we have no complaints about our 1 month stay thru the 2013 holidays. Last but not least, Lori from the agency who manages the home was absolutely great, beyond accommodating! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I would happily stay on a property she manages again and again! Thanks to all involved in making this such a great vacation for our family.

Key West Perfection

Vacationing with three families, this was the perfect rental. The bedrooms were beautiful and well appointed, and the living space was gorgeous. The expansive pool area was the perfect combination of sun and shade and an excellent place to relax. All the best of Key West's restaurants, music, galleries, and nightlife were a short walk away. We loved everything about this beautiful home and never wanted to leave.

The perfect home away from home!

I recently had an extended stay at Casa Oliviana with family and friends. What can I say? It exceeded our every expectation. The house was spacious and very comfortable. The furnishing were lovely, the electronics state of the art and the kitchen dreamy. The living room had comfortable spacious couches and a huge flat screen t.v. Our whole group was able to sit and relax in this room. The totally updated kitchen had stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a great breakfast bar with seating. Right off the kitchen was a huge dining area which is open concept to the living room. The whole combination made a perfect living space for all to enjoy. Just outside the living room is the beautiful deck, pool, yard and barbecue area. This was definitely one of the highlights of the house. To start off there is an outdoor bathroom with an absolutely gorgeous custom shower. There was plenty off different seating areas for quiet conversations as well as plenty of room for all to gather together for a dip in the pool, dinner on the grill and a glass of wine as the sun goes down. The six bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The beds and linens were perfect. There was plenty of storage as well as televisions in every room. The en suite bathrooms were all beautiful and the rooms without an en suite had bathrooms just outside the door. The location is ideal. It was a short walk to Duval street and the waterfront. The Sunset Festival is not to be missed. The beach was a short drive or bike ride away. Casa Oliviana is perfect for a vacation spot for family and friends. We will definitely be returning!!
