This 3 bedroom plus loft spacious townhouse is very centrally located to town, walking distance to the grocery store, retail and dining. This spacious floorplan allows the whole group to spread out and enjoy your mountain adventure. On the entry level of the townhome are the 3 bedrooms and laundry with a washer and dryer. The first and second bedrooms feature a Queen bed, with full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is the primary featuring a King bed, flatscreen TV with firestick, and full en-suite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. On the middle level is an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, Keurig coffee maker, a dining area with seating for 6 with additional bar seating. Cozy in the living room around the wood burning fireplace and catch a game or movie on the large 60" flatscreen smart TV. The property has a private balcony overlooking the rest of the complex. On the third story of the townhome is the loft featuring two twin beds, the perfect hang out for the kiddos. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool (Summer only), two year-round outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities with parking available right in front of the unit. You can catch the red line shuttle from the main road, Meridian Blvd, which takes you throughout town and can quickly shuttle you to Eagle Lodge to access the lifts. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam room, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit has 3 levels inside, 1 step to enter, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. PLEASE NOTE: Summer 2025 Construction Notice. There will be construction work scheduled on the roofs of all units in this complex during the Summer of 2025. During this time, vehicle access in and out of the complex may be impacted, and alternate parking locations will be provided if necessary. Good rental size for 4 couples but problematic if you have 3 cars

However, the parking situation was a major downside and added a lot of unnecessary stress to our trip.• Was the vacation rental in a great location?Yes, the location was excellent! We had no issues with the cleanliness or upkeep of the property.• Was the vacation rental management staff helpful?Unfortunately, we did not find the rental management staff very helpful. The biggest issue was the parking situation. The listing and check-in instructions suggested there should be three spots, but the rental company only allowed two. Despite multiple attempts to confirm whether we could get a third pass, we didn’t receive a final answer until the day before check-in, which was incredibly stressful. When we called the after-hours line for help with someone parked in our spot, the response was unhelpful, and the onsite property manager was more focused on enforcing the two-car rule than actually assisting us. If you have more than two cars, I would not recommend this rental, as there are no reasonable alternatives for overnight parking in town during the winter.
