Summary:
On the top floor of Woolloomooloo's Finger Wharf, 2 bed light-filled apartment overlooks the Harbour.
The Space:
A 2 level apartment includes large living space, highest quality kitchen, 2 huge bedrooms, 2 ensuites, and laundry.
Exquisitely furnished.
All living and bedrooms overlook water.
Living space and one bedroom face east, looking at Navy and Potts Point.
Mezzanine bedroom faces east and west. It has central heating and air conditioning.
The Wharf is protected by 24 / 7 security
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The video room at back of apartment is locked.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Sitting on the quieter eastern side of the Finger Wharf, the apartment is 5-10 minute walk to Potts Point, Kings Cross, Art Gallery of NSW, Macquarie Street, Royal Botanic Gardens, Andrew Boy Charlton Pool.
Getting Around:
City bound buses leave from outside the apartment building.
10- 15 minute walk to St James Station and Kings Cross Station.
Car parking in numerous parking stations nearby
Selection of gym and pools in the Wharf and nearby
Other Things to Note:
A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
