The Space:

Located up the road from some of the best wineries and breweries, including Wise Winery & Eagle Bay Brewery, this property is also just 10 minutes from Dunsborough town centre. Here, you can access all the shops, restaurants, and beaches Dunsborough town has to offer.



From the moment you arrive, you will feel at home in this quintessential holiday home in Eagle Bay. The property features a wonderful open plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy a family dinner on the gorgeous raw edge jarrah table or sit in front of the woodfire with a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.



The back patio boasts a woodfire pizza oven for winter and sun loungers for the warmer months. The garden out the front also has a lovely seating area where you can enjoy drinks and food whilst watching the world go by.



Downstairs, there is a king-size bedroom with an open ensuite which includes a spa bath and separate toilet. Also downstairs are two queen-size bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs on the mezzanine level, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles.



Eagle Bay Lodge is a secret gem tucked away behind the Peppermint Trees just meters from Eagle Bay Beach. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled holiday, this property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.



Sleeps 8. All linen except cot linen & beach towels is provided.

This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided.

We also provide a porta cot and highchair – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.



School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months for your comfort. Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores if required. Please note that firepits are not supplied with wood.

Leavers

Please note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.



Pets

This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved and disclosed prior to arrival. Pets must not be left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.
