Summary:

Discover Casa Scenic, a sought-after holiday haven in MacMasters Beach. This stunning, recently renovated property offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, close to the beach. Enjoy the tranquility and modern amenities.



The Space:

Experience the ultimate getaway at Casa Scenic MacMasters Beach, featuring six spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to 13 guests, with a preference for 10 adults and 3 children. The house showcases a contemporary design with stylish furnishings. The open-plan living area combines a gourmet kitchen and a cozy lounge with a fireplace. The outdoor space includes a mineral pool, perfect for relaxation and al fresco dining. Children can enjoy the playground and the dedicated kids' bunk room. The fire pit creates a perfect setting for evening gatherings. Each bedroom offers comfort and style with luxury eco-organic linen. The house provides air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans. MacMasters Beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away.

The 6 bedrooms are arranged as follows:



Ground Floor:

1 x queen room with verandah access

1 x queen room with ensuite

1 x queen room with desk



Lower Ground floor:

1 x king master with ensuite

1 x single room with 2 single beds

1 x kings room with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunks (3beds)



PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. It is available to use all year round.



Guest Access:

You have the entire house and grounds to yourself, however remember you have residential neighbours so please respect them with keeping noise to a minimum especially in quiet hours.



Other Things to Note:

All bookings will require to provide government issued ID and valid credit card for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.



The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver



All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000. A fee of $59 will be automatically included in booking folio.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.



Interaction with Guests:

We will prepare the house the day of check in. We have a digital app and are available to contacted any time during your stay.

Carla & the team were very helpful & happy to answer my questions regarding booking Casa Scenic. On arrival we found the Casa Scenic home, pool & grounds well presented and in immaculate condition. Everything we needed was provided.Our family had a wonderful relaxing stay both the beach and shops were only a short drive away.

Great family stay

Great location for a multi generational group, especially with two bedrooms with ensuites. Very helpful communication when access code did not work. Only small problem was already full recycling bin upon check in from previous guest. We made great use of the pool and the covered outdoor area adds a good second living area.

Fantastic getaway

We stayed at Casa Scenic with friends. The house was ideal for what we needed. It is a great space inside and outside, with the kids loving the pool, play area etc. We will be back.

Great spot

House was great with lots of space and beautiful surroundings. Ample room for our group of 12, always with a place to go. Kids enjoyed the pool despite the cooler temps. Decor across the house was stunning - understated and elegant. Very much like the pictures. Loved our stay and felt like a great home away from home.

Casa Scenic

This is an amazing place for a catch up with family and friends. And you can bring your furry friend as well, which is always hard to find and a big added bonus! The pool is so nice and there is a lot of room for everyone. It is very rare that all the bedrooms are great and big enough. The house has a lot of bathrooms as well. It would be nice to have some pool towels provided, given the price. Also the tree in the back is infested by funnel webs, that was scary with the small children. Even though it is mentioned in the handbook. But it is an amazing house, and the pool is nice and warm. We had the best time. And it is only a 10min walk to the beach! Thank you for having us.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! House was just big (maybe slightly small for our huge family of 8 adult and lots of kids) the privacy was perfect! Location was on point - swimming pool and bon fire area is where we spent our time! A couple of negatives: 1 - lack of fly screens which means we couldn’t leave doors open to allow fresh air in especially downstairs room without air con. Or to air out the kitchen when we used it. And we were warned that their could be spiders and snakes due to the warm weather so wasn’t reassuring to the kids when we kept doors open. 2 - we couldn't find a neron or vacuum or mop which you need with young kids around! Other than that we love it!

Great Retreat

Plenty of space, great layout, great facilities. This property was perfect for our weekend getaway, the place was clean, well stocked, and the layout had a great central area that everyone could easily catch up and be together. The outside was even better, large outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, pool and play area for kids. It also had the right combination of feeling like you were alone, but you're close to great cafes, beaches and facilities. Great place to stay.

Gorgeous Place

This Villa is a fantastic place to stay for families and children. The villa boasts a beautiful swimming pool, which is perfect for those hot summer days, and the house is decorated in a way that will take your breath away. The massive outdoor area provides plenty of space for children to play and run around, while the adults can sit back and relax. Beautiful home

We had a really great time during our stay over the NYE period, that we decided to extend our stay. The house is beautiful and newly renovated with beautiful decor throughout the house. The pool was the highlight for all especially the kids, because the pool is heated so it made swimming so easy and enjoyable for everyone. Communication with the property owner was so easy and they were easy to contact for anything we required or if we had any questions. Thank you again for such a memorable and relaxing stay, we hope to stay at the property in the future.
