Other Things to Note:

-Please respect the neighbours in this apartment block and those around you with no outside dining past 10.00pm

-Please remove shoes before entering house

-Strictly no smoking inside the property, balcony or foyer areas of the property. Deep cleaning fees will apply.

-Fortnightly mandatory general house clean of $325 for bookings 14 days plus.

- Additional exit clean fee of $450 for bookings of two months or more

-$175 fee for accidental lock out, lost keys or fail to return keys as per self-check out information



Please Note: There is ongoing construction on Queens Parade, just around the corner from our flats, as a new 5-storey apartment block is being built. This may occasionally result in some daytime noise.
