Point Clark is a bedroom community reminiscent of the days when families would "summer" at the cottage. The spacious and bright main floor living room invites everyone to gather, whether cuddling up by the wood fireplace or watching a movie. Spend your days on the beach, building sandcastles or taking leisurely strolls. For more adventure, we provide two kayaks for a fun race and two adult bikes and four children's bikes for exploring.

A lovely location by the water! Lots of sleeping space with the carriage house and very comfortable, even in the winter, with the indoor wood burning fireplace which we enjoyed immensely! The hot tub was also wonderful :)The host, Jennifer, was incredibly attentive, more than other hosts, and very willing to assist (although we didn’t need anything). Would love to come back in better weather!

Fresh clean tranquil and accessible

Beautifully appointed cottage with ample living space. Bright, fresh, clean with beautiful view of the lake and beach. Golden retrievers loved it and swam everyday. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean bright and comfortable, slept great! Stunning interior fireplace added warmth and coziness to our autumn evenings playing board games or watching a movie. Truly a pleasure. Revitalizing retreat!

Lakeshore magic

Our extended family had the best time at Huron Shores! The cottage is lovely, and being situated right on our own private beach was fantastic. We were able to nicely spread out, with some on the beach, some in the hot tub, some enjoying a little read-snooze up in the loft, and others puttering in the wide open kitchen/dining room/living area. It just ticks all the boxes, and we hope to return soon!

Beautiful home and location!

The property is located in one of the most beautiful areas on Lake Huron! If it looks like the beach is in your backyard, it is. We spent so much time on the beach, there’s a long stretch you can walk, to the lighthouse or jetty. The house is roomy with great views from the living room. We enjoyed the hot tub too. We went to Kincardine for restaurants, shopping and ice cream. The sky at night is breathtaking and it’s so quiet. Communication with Jennifer was good too.

Great Easter getaway

Awesome place right on the beach. Love that they allow dogs as it’s a great beach for dog walking etc. The cottage is exactly as advertised and very private. Would highly recommend.

Great time in a cozy place!

My friends and I had a lovely stay on Lake Huron. The hosts were communicative and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and safety. We were there through a wild winter storm and still had a blast!

Perfect space for families

We enjoyed some “time away” as a family this fall. The weather was so nice and the cottage had everything we needed. The room above the garage was perfect a young grandchildren that needed quiet time. The dogs loved the beach and probably the best feature for us was the close proximity of the sandy Lake Huron beach and unbelievable sunsets. So nice to not have to climb stairs! The hot-tub was also enjoyed on the cool nights of October.
