Newly constructed single family home that is spacious and bright that overlooks garden areas of the gated community of Cuidad Del Mar in Jaco. Walk to the beach, shops, restaurants/bars, banks, grocery, farmers market and more. You can not beat the location, coupled with the amenities of the community.
The house features 3 bedrooms (on the second floor) and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are bright and appointed with lovely furnishings. This opens up to a back patio where you can enjoy morning coffee under the shade of a beautiful tree.
The house is a close walk to the community pool area with a very large rancho, beach cabinas, lounge chairs, waterfall, kids pool and lap area. It is a Wonderful area to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade.
