Comfortable & Well Furnished

This house is a wonderful spot for comfort and amenities. The deck is just as awesome as it looks. The furniture is sturdy and so comfortable. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful getaway

Everything was exceptional! The home was beautiful & clean. The linen smelt fresh. The location was peaceful! Spacious enough for my family of 8. Great communication with Brandon! Will definitely stay again!

It is definitely a remote location and was great for the grandbabies to play outside and inclosed on the wrap around porch. They didn’t have much for cooking pans, they need to be updated but we cooked on the grill and it’s was great. Sat outside with our kids and visited by the fire pit on the back porch. The shower and tub all worked great and was clean. They may need to leave more towels and wash rags. But we made due. Beds were comfortable and nice. Back porch light was out but I’m sure they will change that bulb soon. Plenty for parking in the driveway for a few truck and boats, in a nice neighborhood, seemed to be really safe with not many neighbors close. Would definitely recommend, but buy your groceries and such before you get there at the local Brookshire because it’s a solid 10 minute drive one way back to anything. We went to the petting zoo, it was expensive but we all had a great time. Only thing it needed was new pots and pans. But everything else was perfect.

A wonderful choice for staying the weekend.

Upon arrival from Frisco, we found the house to be simply spotless. An excellent layout with the master bedroom on one side of the floor plan and 2 guest bedrooms on the other side of the plan. Bed had clean sheets and were completely made up. We found plenty of dishes, cups and bowls galore to aid in preparing food. Utensils are plentiful and excellent for our purposes.Now, one item to improve: the wife could not locate any Kleenex-like material for removing eye makeup. Plenty of other paper products, though. The wife has also authorized me to re-rent this facility every time we want to stay for a 3-day weekend! Everything worked wonderfully, with one minor problem: we successfully grilled chicken on Night 1, the propane tank ran out while grilling steaks on Night 2. But we borrowed the propane tank from the fire pit to continue, so crisis averted! The contact person, however, responded immediately to my note regarding the empty propane canister.All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we will very likely be returning to this location.
