An amazing property from which to explore the area. Loads of space. The hot tub is great for recovery after a full day of hiking. The garage keeps the car out of the weather. The property is so well appointed, all you need is your personal items and a pizza cutter.

The home and everything about the area is amazing. We were a week before EJS and the price was definitely higher than previous years. There was a broken screen in one of the bedrooms. When the wind blew it slapped and scratched against and cause a whistle sound. My suggestion is to add mirrors to bedrooms.

We definitely understand that the higher nightly rate is something to mention, and we wanted to add that we have taken on higher taxes and higher insurance for Moab, which reflects in the sometimes higher nightly rates. We also wanted to mention that if you ever have an issue with something not functioning properly at the townhome, please reach out to us and we would be happy to send someone to fix it as soon as possible. Everything you need and priced right

Neighborhood felt safe and clean, just far enough out of town to avoid any heavy traffic and felt like our "own place." Didn't need anything more than what this unit offered. Views were stunning 24/7. Would definitely stay here again. Management responded very quickly to questions.

Great Place to Stay

The townhouse/condo was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. There were plenty of games and movies for downtime and it was located close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. It was a little out of town, but close enough to stores and restaurants.

Hi Jason - It is so great to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the place had everything you needed with plenty of room! The location is a little south of town about 10 minutes, which allows guests to be away from the hustle and bustle. This also allows guests to take in the 360 views for the red rocks and the La Sal mountains and amazing stargazing at night!
