Stroll down the main strip for a fresh seafood meal & ice cream for dessert, fish along the Richibucto River, splash in the salt water or if that's too cold, take a dip in your own seasonally heated private pool. Finish off the day warming up by the outdoor firepit with some s'mores!

With Parlee Beach (20 min), Kouchibouguac National Park (15 min) and Moncton (45 min) all nearby!
The space
Fresh and updated 2 storey home with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, dining room and a large, cozy living room for family movie night.

Our master bedroom comes with a king bed while the second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom comes with a bunk bed, holding two double mattresses (bottom bunk capacity: 450lbs, top bunk capacity: 300lbs. As this is a brand new listing, all of the beds are new and super comfy and the entire space feels fresh and clean!

Outside you'll find a firepit as well as your own private, seasonally heated swimming pool complete with a patio set for meals overlooking the water and plenty of comfy seating for lounging around the pool. The pool heater will only work efficiently when the outside temperature is consistently 15°C or higher. Child and pet friendly with lots of light and privacy.
