Great 4 day vacation

What a amazing place to stay. Extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. Walking distance to a beach and just a short drive to the boardwalk. The patio was a great place to take in the evening breeze and relax.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay in Somers Point, the apartment was very nicely furnished and updated. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. All the necessary essentials were there, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, containers, towels, and sheets. Glad to not have to bring linens, I don't know where they would have fit in my very over-packed vehicle. The apartment was handicap accessible, it is the first floor and the entrance is without a step. The outside covered patio was great, it was good to be able to sit out there because we were there the week Hurricane Erin went by and we had several rainy and chilly days. The only thing I will say, is the bathroom was up two steps. My mom has difficulty with steps, so was leery at night. It is a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the Municipal Beach is close by also. Would definitely stay there again.

A great coastal escape minutes from the shore!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything inside was newly remodeled and well maintained. Spacious, comfortable and close to everything in town with great walkability. We enjoyed talking with the next door neighbor and having their dogs visit us through the fence. We will definitely be back in a few months. Thanks again for everything!

Mostly good with one major issue

Overall we had a nice time despite it being early in the season and not getting much time at the beach due to rain.The biggest issue was that we never received check in/out information, including the code to the lockbox containing the key to the front door.I sent a message through the app to the host explaining this, and that we were on our way to the property. 7 hours later, still no reply. I arrived with 5 kids and could not get into the apartment. I asked the neighbor upstairs who directed me to the house behind us, and finally saw someone and got her attention. She was able to help us get in. I contacted the number on the app but never heard back from anyone. Not sure what would have happened if the caretaker had not been there!! She said she is not always around.The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the appliances looked new. We enjoyed using the kitchen and sitting on the back porch.We brought an additional air mattress to have extra sleeping space and that worked out well. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We walked around town and my girls had fun at the little beach/playground at the end of the street. We were very close to Ocean City and only 22 min from Cape May. Not far away is a grocery store, Target, and strip mall with anything you might need. Lots of pubs and restaurants as well.The add said that towels were provided, but I'd recommend bringing your own. There were no washcloths and no towel bars to dry towels. We did laundry every day. Overall, it's a pleasant, well maintained property that is in a lovely community. But I would reach out immediately if you do not receive the check in information!! I arrived
