Disappointing considering the price

The photos and listing looked amazing but when we got there it was a nice place but very run down.- bathroom doors very stiff- holes in the walls -duck poo in and around the pool- aircon was not working on one side of the house and managment could not fix it or supply us with fans. When asked for compensation, i never heard back.Beds qere nice and comfortable.

Great value for money

Excellent house to stay at for price. Located in a lovely area, only issue was had some issues with getting the dishwasher to clean correctly.

The property was very run down and not clean to hygienic standards.

This was the message I sent to the host on the Sunday afternoon and still have not had a response. Good evening, I am just touching base to let you know a few things I have been disappointed with this stay; The dishwasher appears to have mould in it and needs a very thorough clean. There is no instructions for the wifi nor any other instruction / welcome book. The outdoor area was dirty and ill maintained. There were also old cigarette butts around the outdoor area. The lawns were also not maintained, so it was not an overly pleasant outlook – as per the photos presented online. The BBQ was very dirty – had not been cleaned in a long time. Also the starter button does not work. (my husband had to light this manually. There were also no signs to apologise for this) There was only 1 oven tray that actually fit into the oven – not ideal considering the property slept 12ppl and we went to cook. The oven and stove top was not clean to any hygienic manner. One of the toilets had clearly not been cleaned prior to our check out – it was dirty – I won’t go into details. The body wash / soap dispensers were empty in 3 of 4 of the bathrooms. All in all the property was run down and not cleaned to any standard. I had family travel to host them and was rather embarrassed.

Getaway

This air bnb was mad!! We had a awsone stay here, good for big families, neighbours are friendly. Pool is massive grass area is massive and fenced off for the kids to run around in. They delivered everything they said they would. Definitely be going back their for the next getaway
