Nestled in the heart of Woden, this spacious home promises convenience and comfort for your group. With 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and ample living space, everyone will feel at home. Upstairs, four bedrooms share a bathroom, while downstairs offers privacy with two bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and an additional living area. Plus, enjoy double off-street parking for added convenience. Welcome to your centrally located retreat!

Please note that there is a detached garage on the property that is occasionally accessed by the Host. Access to it is via the side drive so there should never be disruption to guests` stay.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

Disappointing booking process and communication

The home was perfect for a large family and lovely and warm for Canberra cold nights and mornings. However I was disappointed with the booking process and their communication. We booked at 2 pm the day before, and after many emails, we arrived in Canberra at 3pm then next day, finally received an email saying ‘confirmed’ at 4 pm. We then had to waste time at a shopping centre while waiting for the address that came through at 5 pm - and just an address - no pleasantries and no other communication. Also, it would have been nicer if the line. In the home wasn’t all 20 years old. However, the location was good and the home clean and a good size.

We were competing at the Masters games. Great location close to our venue and shopsNeeds better communication that was not good did not receive code and had to call office to sort out need to check light bulbs work throughout house and especially from porch light and front screen door not secure Just needs some tlc. Otherwise great

Good size for a large family - our children loved not having to share a room (or bed) - and they loved the stairs. Lovely big backyard.Most facilities and appliances worked well - the iron was great! One of the fridge's (there were 2) temperature control was set too high initially and froze the milk (I was glad I had put the eggs in the other fridge!).A tin opener would have been helpful - we had to use alternate methods to open a tin. Also, there were no written instructions anywhere, these would have been helpful especially in regards to the heating system and some of the appliances. Also, information about things to see and do in Canberra would have been helpful.One toilet (out of 3) didn't flush well and one of the tvs in the lounge didn't work. Also, the dustpan was in a broken condition and ended up properly breaking when used.
