You will be sharing the main entrance to enter the house off to your suite. You have your full privacy with a lock and key on the basement suite. Clean, welcoming place in a beautiful new neighborhood. Free street parkings or on sight. The property is close to many shops, restaurants gas stations, playgrounds, parks, pond, dog park, hospital and pharmacies.
