Set on the sprawling lawns of a large country section, while still just a 5 min walk to the town centre and neighbouring vineyard cellar door restaurants.
Enjoy the pool from Nov - end Apr and hot tub from May - end Oct.
nb property not suitable for children who can not swim.

Pool - 10 x 4m saltwater, unheated pool available to use mid Nov - end Mar.
Spa - cedar hot tub, treated with colloidal mineral sanitiser, for use May - end Oct
Deck area - relax and enjoy the vineyard, garden and pool views.
Wifi & 32" TV - unlimited wifi and Netflix
Heating & air con - heat pump with air con in a fully insulated, double glazed space with sun blinds.
Kitchenette - with complimentary milk, tea and coffee. Coffee plunger, kettle and toaster. Fridge | freezer. Combination microwave | air fryer | convection oven. Crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses, utensils and bowls
Living & Dining area - with pool, garden and vine views.
Bedroom - easy pull out queen bed with fresh linen, duvet and quilts. Block out blinds for all windows.
