We booked the place for 2 days and the location was very convenient and has a private entrance which is very nice. The bed was little small I think it was a double instead a Queen. Overall would still recommend and will try to book for our next trip.

良かった点 : 清潔度
気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション
Communication was very difficult. We were not provided with address until a few hours before check in, so we could not completely plan our day. In addition, check in instructions were provided 2 hours after check in, and that was only after multiple messages to the host. Finally, the host did not provide complete instructions of how to open the door. I had to contact customer service to get the host’s phone number to receive a response. In total, the check-in process was compensated almost 5 hours after check-in time, requiring multiple messages and long wait times, time we could have spent enjoying our visit to Nanaimo. I strongly suggest the host spend one night in the property. I believe it will provide them with a sense of what is needed for a guest to feel more comfortable: side tables with lamps, some wall decor instead of visible nails, more comfortable chairs/set up in the living/dining room.

Nice, newer suite

Nice location, but could use a few more kitchen items for those staying long term. Having a microwave and cable tv would also be nice. Other than that, great stay, good communication. Thanks!

As noted the unit was clean and in a good location. The access was easy. But there still isn’t as of this writing a microwave. Additionally, the kitchen is not suitable for long stays. There is however, a full size fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster. Salt and pepper is not too much to ask for. The bed frame was enormous and left no room for a bedside table or lamp. And I’m sorry but that “sofa” really is in bad shape and needs replacing. It is not noted in the description but there are 24 steep steps down to the unit. If you have mobility issues this made it difficult. For one or two nights this is a good spot but not for longer without some needed changes. PS we did love seeing the deer wander into the lovely back yard.
