CASA ADRI



Casa Adri sits in Barranca, one of Casa de Campo's quieter residential zones, 0.8 miles from the Racquet Center's 11 Har-Tru courts. Arrival sets the tone immediately: a limestone-walled motor court framed by iron gates and a pair of cobalt blue fiddle-leaf figs opens onto a covered entrance terrace, signalling that this is a villa designed around outdoor sequence as much as interior comfort.



The main living level revolves around a double-height great room where tiered woven chandeliers hang over terracotta tile floors and a pair of curved sofas angled toward the garden. A 10-seat dining room with sunburst mirrors and rattan-backed chairs occupies one wing; a burl wood media lounge with built-in shelving anchors the other. The Viking kitchen runs the full depth of the rear wall — six burners, a statement tile backsplash, and a large island that doubles as the morning coffee station when the cook arrives.



Four bedrooms each carry their own character. The primary bedroom opens directly onto its own private circular plunge pool courtyard — stacked limestone walls enclose the space, palms rise from the corners, and the pool sits flush with the stone deck, completely separate from the main pool. Bedroom 2 pairs a mahogany four-poster with botanical-print fabric panels and a diamond-inlay wardrobe. Bedroom 3 offers a cream French cane-panel bed under linen pendants. Bedroom 4, configured as twin four-posters on sage green walls, works naturally for children sharing a room. A housekeeper, cook, and butler are included with the villa.



Outside, the rectangular main pool is bookended by a wading step at one end and a raised terrace at the other. Four teak loungers line the travertine surround, two covered lounge areas give shade through the middle of the day, and a dedicated outdoor dining terrace connects directly to the outdoor BBQ kitchen — a full counter with built-in grill that makes evening meals under the palms straightforward rather than improvised.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. The fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
