Bathroom with bath, separate shower & toilet; Additional toilet. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in lounge room; Ceiling fans in living area; Ceiling fans in king & queen bedrooms; Pedestal fan in bunk bedroom. Open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining & lounge. Large television with USB & HDMI port in lounge room; DVD player; Radio; Books; WiFi for guests use. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge with freezer on top; Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring compatible pods to use " disc pods"; Rain water. Outdoor kitchen / bar with bar fridge, sink, storage and bar stool seating. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing Board. Undercover front deck with direct beach access; Ceiling fan on front deck; Outdoor seating & dining; Hooded gas barbecue. Unfenced yard; Lawned area at front of house; Outdoor shower. Fish cleaning sink; Crab cooking facilities. No guest access to garage. Off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles. DIRECTIONS: Coming from the north, follow Yorke Highway south towards Warooka. Approaching Warooka, turn right onto Corny Point Road following this road around to the right onto Brutus Road towards Point Turton. Turn right onto Bayview Road heading towards the beach and follow for around 850 metres. Turn right onto Midway Road, then left onto Esplanade and number 45 is on the left-hand side with a yellow holiday rental sign.

Total relaxation

The property had everything we needed. it was clean and modern and was in the most perfect location with million dollar views. We didnt want to leave. We have spent many january holidays in Turton and hardwick bay and this house was probably the best weve hired. A bonus we could take our beautiful pug too so that is very much appreciated too.

Country Getaways

The Bay House at point Turton was beautiful. Right on the doorstep of the high tide mark. Warm and cosy house with great facilities. Unfortunately the check in process was a let down. After trying to contact Country Getaways to gain access to the property for almost 4 hours. We finally got in an hour and a half after our check in time. This was frustrating and extremely inconvenient.

The location of the Bay house is fabulous, right on the water, although the beach is rocky, within walking distance of the jetty and the tavern. The views are AMAZING
