The residence is a combination of bohemian style and Scandinavian style, with rattan furniture, bamboo chandeliers and a neutral color palette, creating a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere. The yacht marina views add an additional layer of elegance and grandeur that enhances the "live-the-moment" feeling.

BOHO with 120 m2, consists of an open living room with a Smart TV and WiFi, 2 comfortable sofas and a coffee table, a kitchen as well as a dining area and a modern guest bathroom and 2 bedrooms with TV. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The residence is located in the heart of the city and is surrounded by magical tropical palm trees with panoramic views of the yacht marina. Each cozy luxury apartment has a sea view and one or more balconies. This stunning retreat is fully equipped.


Ideally located, just a 60-minute drive from Tunis Airport and just a few minutes from the Old Town (Medina), the city market, the Old Port, the sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants.

The residence combines traditional hospitality with luxurious comfort in beautiful surroundings. This unique residence offers spectacular views of the palm tree promenade and the Yacht Marina.
