Hilltop is a spacious, architecturally designed split-level home offering beautiful views of East Beach and the Moyne River, with plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind.

Whether you're soaking up the sun on the large east-facing deck, enjoying a summer BBQ, or finding a quiet corner indoors with a book, there’s a spot for everyone. After a long day at the beach, come home to shared meals around the huge indoor dining table — perfect for big family dinners or easy, laid-back breakfasts.

The home features three generous queen bedrooms, plus a top-level bedroom with two single beds and sweeping sea views — ideal for kids or extra guests.

With multiple living areas across different levels, Hilltop offers both together time and personal space, making it ideal for families or groups.

Please note that this property does not offer WiFi, providing you with the perfect opportunity to truly disconnect and unwind during your stay.

Port Fairy

A group of friends stayed at Hilltop for 5 days and enjoyed our time there. Convenience of being able to walk around PF was excellent as the location is superb. Views to both the ocean and the river was a bonus.The house itself is open planned in the living areas and suited our group. 10 seat dining table was terrific. Kitchen functioned ok and is a bit dated with a few things that need uograding in the near future.All in all a place we hope to be able to visit again in the future.
