Perched in an elevated position, this home is perfectly situated to showcase the breath-taking views over Caves Beach, extending to Redhead and even Lake Macquarie.
The location is ideal, with an easy walk to the beach, resort, surf club, and local shops. There are also lovely walks available in Wallarah National Park.
The space
Perched in an elevated position, this home is perfectly situated to showcase the breath-taking views over Caves Beach, extending to Redhead and even Lake Macquarie.
Three large stacker doors open onto a spacious deck, seamlessly expanding the living space outdoors. This area is perfect for alfresco dining, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ under the covered deck.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, Caesarstone countertops, a breakfast bar seating four, and a walk-in pantry.
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, an ensuite, and a walk-in robe. Large glass doors open onto the expansive deck, offering stunning views of the sunrise and moonrise over the ocean.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a dressing table, and a clothes hanging rack, while the third bedroom contains two single beds.
The main bathroom offers a spa bath for a relaxing, bubbly experience.
The home also boasts a beautiful yard with lush gardens and a carport for one car and driveway for more cars.
WHEN THE PROPERTY IS BOOKED FOR 7 - 8 guests the studio is opened up. This studio is not available if only booked for 6 guests.
This studio is perfect for a single or couple travelling with the guests of Caves Cottage. This newly renovated studio is located downstairs from the main cottage, with a separate access allowing privacy during your stay.
All linen is supplied; however, guests need to bring their own beach towels.
