You’ll sleep easily in two beautifully appointed bedrooms. They are located upstairs, and both are fitted with plush queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom opens through French doors to a quaint balcony, filling the space with lovely natural light and fresh breezes. Refresh within the full bathroom, which highlights a classic claw-foot tub, and enjoy complimentary boutique toiletries provided for your stay.

Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, add to your everyday convenience. Please note the stairs are quite steep, so guests should use extra care when going up and down.

Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
