Rooftop Suite with Spectacular Oceanview!

A beautiful, brand new 2 bedroom suite with ocean views. Come to golf, bike, hike, hit the beach and explore everything the Mid-Island has to offer! This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as the QB Cafe and a 10 minute walk to Qualicum town. You can enjoy incredible island sunsets and listen to the waves from the huge rooftop patio. Seals, whales and eagles are favourites to spot from the deck as well.
This unit features a full size kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop and toaster oven. There is also a BBQ for use on the patio. The are 2 full size bathrooms (1 is ensuite), in unit washer & dryer, wifi, off street parking and private access. Bedroom 2 can be 1 king or 2x twin- please advise your preference when booking.
Please note this is a top floor suite and the hosts live in the lower floors of the home. The access and space are private and the driveway is shared. This property is not wheelchair accessible as it is on a second floor.

property amenities were excellent, nice china, glasses, cutlery. Beautiful deck, good TV will all channels.Have stayed in many Qualicum rentals and would definitely stay in this one again.

This property is so beautiful. Great view of the ocean, super clean and well laid out. Started the visit with her greeting us with a very warm welcome. Little touches like a treat basket on arrival was a plus. Would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location

Very close to the beach and a short walk into town too! Brand new home accommodations with a huge deck overlooking Georgia Strait islands and mainland. We would definitely come back here to stay longer! Thanks Erin!

Beautiful views! The suite is well appointed with most of the kitchen gadgets and appliances needed. It was hot while we were there, but the AC units worked well for nighttime and were very quiet. The deck had great seating options including an outdoor sectional. We were also treated to a huge bald eagle hanging out in a tree next to the unit!Everything was super clean and well done. The host was very responsive. Excellent place to stay!

Amazing Property & Hosts

Beautiful spot exactly as advertised with amazing views and amazing hosts. The only bad part about our stay was we forgot the homemade jam that the hosts brought to us! Our entire family can’t wait to come back.

Surprise family birthday

It worked for our short stay to surprise our Mom who lives in town. Great space to stay, very comfortable and accommodating. Was easy to get in and out. Able to have a small family gathering brunch that was enjoyed by all and was not overwhelming to the space. Thanks to the host for a great well kept space.

Qualicum Get Away

While we have travelled through Qualicum Beach numerous times in the past, we had never stayed overnight so we didn’t realize how much the area has to offer. We were especially impressed with the village centre. We would definitely consider staying again. One point that should be considered if a potential visitor has any mobility issues is the long staircase to get to the upper floor. This wasn’t an issue for us but it could be an issue for others.

Unbeatable view and Upscale Accommodations

This property is brand new and it shows. Gorgeous interior with lots of space. The massive deck and stunning view really steals the show - a great place for coffee, dinner, relaxing. We stayed with our adult daughter and there was tons of room to get together for a movie in the evening and to have some space of their own. Communication was great, and the hosts are friendly. Another bonus are the sweet deer all around as you walk to the beach or into town.

QB getaway

Excellent property. 2 minutes to the beach. Close to local attractions. Local coffee shops. The view from the awesome deck was beautiful. Last night the sunset was spectacular. Condo is a beautiful new build. Living space, bedrooms, kitchen and deck all excellent. Excellent host. If you like qualicum beach this is the property you want.

We will be back!

My husband and I, our daughter and her husband, stayed for four nights in this perfectly situated condo. We spent much of our time on the expansive deck enjoying the ocean views, amazing sunsets and each others’ company. It was only a short walk to the beach for our daily walks and to downtown for some shopping. Erin has outfitted the guest home with everything we could need - bbq, all the kitchenware, amazingly comfortable beds, and even blankets for the cool mornings spent with coffee on the deck. The space worked well as each couple had their own room and bathroom. The place was immaculate, everything looked brand new and worked perfectly. Erin was a terrific host. We will return.

Father's Day Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed the impromptu classic car parade on Island Highway from the beautiful Rooftop deck. Vacation rental was spotless, and we considered it home after taking in Qualicum Beach Inn (fabulous restaurant), French Creek (outstanding crab cakes), the Farmer's Market, and Coombs Market.
