Getting Around:

Mescal Villa is ideally situated for convenient travel around Scottsdale and beyond. While the area is car-dependent, ride-sharing services are readily available, ensuring you can easily explore nearby attractions. For those who enjoy biking, the neighborhood is somewhat bikeable with dedicated paths. Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland Commons are just a short drive away, offering a mix of boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, and lively nightlife. Other Things to Note:

Heated Pool & Spa

The spa is heated at no additional charge. Pool heating is available upon request for $75 per night or $400 per week.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Guest Policy & Noise Regulations

While this home is ideal for relaxing and entertaining, for liability reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property after designated quiet hours. We strictly enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale has stringent noise ordinances, and any violations may result in fines and potential removal of this property from rental platforms.



Security & Monitoring

For safety and occupancy verification, a security camera is installed at the front entry. This is used exclusively to confirm guest numbers and for emergency situations. No other cameras or recording devices are present anywhere on the property.



Noise Monitoring

This home is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device to help ensure a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors. Please note: this device does not record audio or conversations—it simply monitors ambient noise levels in decibels.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
