The Space:

Location - The home is conveniently located in Queenstown center. Opposite the entrance for the botanical gardens, the home is only a short walk into town.



550m from Queenstown Mall – 7 min walk

7.6km from Queenstown Airport – 15 min drive

40 min drive to The Remarkable Ski Field

25 min drive to Coronet Peak Ski Field



Luxury – Newly renovated, this house has been lovingly restored to accommodate families. The house features a modern interior stylishly furnished.



The house offers 6 bedrooms with comfortable beds to fit the whole family. Come together and enjoy the open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen. Or send the kids to the TV room while you sit back and enjoy the ambient gas fireplace. Or have some quiet time in the master bedroom with it’s own sitting area and TV.



It is fitted with central heating and cooling throughout with split system air conditioners in both the upstairs bedrooms.



Layout - The house has three levels. You enter through the front door located on the left hand side of the house. Through the front door you enter the living area with large sliding doors opening out to the deck the wraps around the front of the house. To your left is the kitchen and dining area that opens out to the backyard where you cook up something tasty on the Webber BBQ or have a laugh around the fire pit.



Down the hallway you access 4 of the 6 bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have queen beds and two of the bedrooms have bunk beds. Please note, the bunk beds are not suitable for adults. We can accommodate 8 adults and 4 children.



Opposite these bedrooms is a bathroom with shower/bath and vanity, separate toilet and another separate shower room. Next to this is the laundry with washing machine and dryer.



From the hallway you can walk upstairs to find 2 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and it’s own sitting area with couch and TV. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and office workspace. These two rooms share a full bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.



From the hall you can walk downstairs to a second living area with TV, couch, bean bags and kids board games. There's also a pull out sofa bed.



Please note, there is no guest access to the garage. You can fit two cars in the driveway at the front of the house. Paid parking is available in the street.

Guest Access:

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.



Other Things to Note:

Bunk beds are not suitable for adults.



Maximum occupancy 8 adults and 4 children.
