This property far exceed our expectations. It was spacious, well-designed and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for everyone. It was also conveniently located close to local amenities and facilities, making it an ideal base for our stay. Everything was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would love to stay again.

I cannot fault a single thing about our stay. As a group of 6 adults between 28 and 90 with 2 children under 3 we were asking a lot of the property but it exceeded our expectations across the board. The hosts have really thought of everything; baskets for decorative pillows, everything labelled, the most detailed guest book I’ve ever seen and lots of pantry staples not to mention the bacon, eggs, cereal, milk, butter, bread and snacks waiting for us on arrival. We will definitely be back.

Everything that you could possibly wish for.... and more! The home was perfect! Cozy beds, quality bed linen and soft, fluffy towels! Such a homely place to stay and so well equipped! We loved the personal touches such as the personalised welcome sign and well stocked pantry and fridge. Thank you!

From enquiring to checking out this would have to be the best experience I’ve ever had. Our host was amazing and made our stay enjoyable and stress free. The property is beautiful, spacious and impeccably maintained. I’d happily stay again in a heart beat. The little touches made our wedding day magical.

“Absolutely incredible stay! The property is stunning and perfectly located, with a host who truly goes above and beyond. The house was immaculate and filled with thoughtful touches—fresh bread and milk on arrival made us feel so welcome. Our crew of seven loved the spacious kitchen, dining, and indoor/outdoor areas, which were ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The hosts were exceptionally helpful with our urgent needs. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough—don’t hesitate, book it now!”

Great family home for our group

A lovely, spacious house in a friendly neighbourhood, well set up for families. Our hosts were very easy to deal with and accommodating of a late date change.

Look no further, this place is perfect.

What a lovely place! Beautifully styled with good spaces for Grandparents (with ensuite) and our family of 5 in the other rooms. The hosts have thought of everything- we felt welcomed and comfortable. We will happily book again for our next visit in Tamworth.

Many oo's and aa' when we went in. Spacious with the 2 living areas, outdoor settings brilliant and the house was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend

Fantastic!

"Eureka at The Meadows" was fantastic! Our group of four stayed in October and we were very pleased with the home! It which was spotless, the beds were very comfy, the linen and towels lovely and the care and attention to providing guests with thoughtful supplies was amazing! Thank you very much Kerry and John! An absolutely beautiful place to stay with all the creature comforts supplied to an extremely high standard. All beds were very comfortable and made up with top quality linen. The whole house was immaculate and spacious. The ambience was one of warmth and relaxation. The kitchen had all the modern facilities and equipment you needed. There was a separate drink station that was fully stocked with a variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and with all the cups and mugs in different sizes in easy reach in the cupboard below. The hosts are AMAZING!! Right from the beginning of contact, they were so helpful and considerate in making sure all of our needs were met during our stay. They inquired about any of the guests with allergies and made sure that the basket of goodies they had so kindly supplied did not contain peanuts. The fridge was stocked with bacon, eggs, juice, milk , butter,sauces, jams, dips and cheeses. In the pantry they had supplied cereals and bread and other spreads. Everything you needed for breakfast and more than enough for snacks. Unfortunately for us we were in Tamworth for a funeral which our hosts were aware of. The compassion and empathy they gave went above and beyond. The weather was meant to be rainy for that day, so they had supplied umbrellas for us, just in case we needed them. On the day of the funeral, they sent a message just to say they were thinking of us. They truly are beautiful people, who want the best for their guests.11/10
