Villa 11 South Shores Resort–ALL LINEN SUPPLIED lagoon view & pool/beach access

This modern Trevally villa offers spacious living and entertainment on the upper level for your holiday enjoyment. From the balcony deck take in the view of the main swimming pool and the full length of the lagoon with its water fountain features and birdlife. Socialise over a barbecue and a drink or two on the upper deck, using the table for 8 outdoor setting. Enjoy your morning or afternoon cuppa on the upper or lower decks making use of the DeLonghi expresso machine (pods not currently provided).

All linen IS SUPPLIED in Villa 11 and the beds are made. All you need to do is turn up and relax.

The Villa provides a high standard of living, has reverse cycle air conditioning, spacious living area and well equipped kitchen facilities.
The Trevally features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. All bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the ground floor and have built in robes. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and opens out to a private deck overlooking the lagoon and comes with an ensuite. Bedroom two has a QUEEN size bed and bedroom three has a QUEEN size bed. Bedrooms two and three have access to a generous size bathroom with toilet, vanity & a large shower.
Single carport provided.

The Villa is located in the South Shores Resort in a secured gated community setting – great for the kids to explore the walking paths, native environment and play areas. In addition to the lagoon, the complex offers landscaped gardens maintained by an onsite caretaker, 2 communal swimming pools, reserve area, playground, a basketball court and bike (pump) track. The resort is set alongside a secluded bay with a beautiful white sandy beach which is accessed via a board walk from the resort. Within walking distance of the well known Normanville jetty and Surf life Saving Club cafe / kisok and restaurant.

South Shores Resort is just a short distance from the Normanville and Yankalilla townships, where you can experience the local bakeries and pub meals, cafes and takeaway eateries and access supermarkets and specialty gift stores.
The Links Lady Bay Resort, including the renowned Links Golf Course is close by.
Various sporting opportunities, bushwalking, fishing and local wineries to visit. Also on route to Cape Jervis, Kangaroo Island and about 30 minutes to Victor Harbor.

Please note that all linen IS now provided in Villa 11 (sheets, quilts & covers, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels). All you need to do is turn up and relax. **We do ask that you clean the BBQ after use.
