Very welcoming and beautiful ....had a great stay!!!. When we booked we thought it was more secluded than it was so maybe the picture taken from the outside should show that it is not secluded....so we are not deceiving anyone...thanks for a great time!!!

Great location

Desperately needs A/C! I know someone lolVery much enjoyed our stay, spent evening on the deck, watched the sailboats sail in lit up! Awesome It was 35c outside so very hot!

The house was very clean and really nice inside the only thing I didn’t like is that there was no bbq,had to order out for food and I was told about Norma’s ,they had good food but we had it and had to throw it in the garbage found out after that it depends on what cook is working ,if they get a bbq we would definitely stay there again

Amazing views on the deck for morning coffee. Loved having a full kitchen and grocery store nearby. It was also amazing having a game table. We will recommend this place highly to anyone staying in the area.

It was fine. The layout of beds was a little strange. View from the deck would have been nicer with less junk below and to side. Had basics which was all we needed for one night stay. The house was for sale and has some good potential for improvement if it remains a STR space.

Beautiful view from deck

The deck was in need of repair rotten boards. The windows in the upstairs bedroom didn't have screens only one fan and the house we really hot for sleeping.

Home was nice however appeared to be some unsafe conditions (frying pan, stairs, deck). Outside grass uncut and long. Home is currently for sale and this could be factors contributing to conditions of property

That property is correct. The building himself is not well maintained and some repairs (like a shower fixed with tape....) are questionnable. The picture does not represent the reality. The house is across a commercial port and boat are making noise and are all lights on( whoms are powerfull) all night long. Luckylly, we slept there only one night.

Place was clean. Check-in was easy. Couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work and couldn't reach the host place. Needs some repairs. The deck is rotting through. In some places. It appears the place was for sale so perhaps the interest in hosting has left the host. The place is clean and it is good for a short stay. The sleeping accommodations are not good for more than one couple.

I had reached out to see if we could check in a little early but never heard back so we just came around 3:30. Was happy at the location and even if the place needed some updating was pleased. There were noticed there was no Kleenex, very limited paper towel it had a Keurig but there was no coffee pods. We had our own coffee but had nothing to make it in. There was some instant coffee but that I don’t like

Property not maintained

Rotting patio that did not feel safe to be on. Comforters with large stains on them. King and queen mattress were just sitting on the floor. No bed frames and queen mattress was old and dirty looking. Could not use fire pit as the grass around it was too high…probably waist length and no seating around fire pit. Old musty smell on the sofas …

Beautiful exterior. Grwat view! But conditions inside dissapointing. Tv didnt work, no batteries in remote. Bedroom was very hot and only a fan that barely moved air was available. Mirror fell from wall twice. This could be agreat bnb with just a little more attention to details

A comfortable getaway with a few considerations for older guests.

Very nice. However, the stairs were an issue especially at night since the only bathroom was on the main floor. The lighting is poor in the kitchen and dining room and the light wasn’t working over the stove. Using the bathtub for a shower was difficult and a little dangerous as the tub floor was slanted on both sides and it could be easy to slip and fall. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.
