You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, both have a queen bed . There is also a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and a pullout queen sofa bed. The kitchen is perfect for meal prep as it is equipped with all appliances, Keurig coffee maker, small kitchen appliances, pots/pans and all dishes and serving ware. There are stairs, lots of stairs, as the condo is 4 levels. Situated directly across from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, you can enjoy the deck or cozy up in front of the fireplace and watch the skiers come down the mountain. Summers at Lake Tahoe are fantastic with private beach access. Wi-FI and premium channels for TV.

Enjoy Incline Recreation Center all year round!

Activities to Enjoy: Skiing; sledding; Championship Golf; Hiking; Biking; Private Beaches; Boating; Kayaking; Incline Recreation Center with Indoor Pool, Tennis, Basketball & Fitness Center; Casino

Great customer service in face of unfortunate issue

This place is great. Unfortunately there was a plumbing emergency our first night which resulted in no running water. The hosts were prompt to respond and advocated for us to VRBO to get a refund and credit. Our brief vacation (2 nights) was ruined, but I’d stay at this place again in a heartbeat.

Stairway to Luxury Cabin

Location is perfect with Diamond Peak right there. The home is as seen in pictures and very nice. There is a lot of stairs. The house is not very sound proof and the neighbor gets upset with kidswalking around or being loud

Great Location

Incline village is fantastic, Cindy is great to work with and responsive. The place was clean as always. This was our second time with them and we highly recommend this condo if you are a single family or a couple or two.

Owner is in the process of selling the property and refuses to entertain any issues with the property. She offers one line answers to your concerns and has mis represented her property's amenities. She has now refused to answer me via the "contact host" portal. I was scammed and i. Not happy

Lake Tahoe vacation

Love this condo..it was huge! My family was able to spread out and relax. It was super quiet and was not a problem to get around to our activities. The inside was modern and clean.

Beautiful location and property

3 generation trip with son and family from Germany. It was a terrific setting - the grand kids (10 and 13) loved the sleeping loft. We all enjoyed the property - perfect for us.

Just as expected

The condo is just as pictured and described. The location is ideal for Diamond Peak, and it's easy to get to other ski resorts and King's Beach. It's fun having the view of the skiers by day and the snowcats at night. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Home

After a delightful visit in Jan, we stayed for 8 nights in Feb. The home is so lovely and the views are unparalled. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens are updated and in great shape even for pickier people like me. Cindy is super responsive. We skied each day and loved the close proximity to the mountain. Our 5 year old marveled at seeing her first chair lift from her bedroom and window, as well as the more advanced ones that she was able to do by end of week. Our 7 year old loved it as well! My husband and I enjoyed the ability to hang out by the fire quietly after the kids went down on the second floor. We even loved the loft level to just enjoy the fullest views. Great home and can't wait to stay again!

Perfect for a family of 4 skiing at Diamond Peak

Nicely updated and clean! Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans. There are a lot of steps, as this is a 3 story unit. Cindy was extremely responsive to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

summer mountain getaway

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything is just as noted in pictures.3 levels require many stairs but was not a problem for us. Well equipped with all necessities upon arrival (paper products etc) Comfortable beds and living room sofa. Owner was very responsive. Was a little concerned about locating the condo with directions but they got us there,as well as WAZE.

Idyllic retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. The pictures don't do it justice! The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view of the mountains. Our host was responsive and went above and beyond when we accidentally left a laptop at the condo. Highly recommend this rental!

Owners were great! Very responsive.

The house was lovely with a nice view and very convenient parking. We managed the steps just fine, but I think potential renters should know that there is a flight of steps from entrance to first set of bedrooms, another two flights to living area and then another set of steps to the loft. So, renters beware. Also, the tub/shower combo was fairly deep and required a big step to get in and I think a grab bar would be good. Keep in mind we were a group of senior women. I would highly recommend this house!

Great Summer Stay

Such a great property and location. Our daughter loves the upstairs loft it feels like her own apartment. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely book again. This condo has everything you need.

Great property for a week in North Lake Tahoe

Family trip to Lake Tahoe. The property was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking needs with modern appliances. Washer and dryer are a huge plus. Nice TV’s with cable and excellent wi-fi. A garage door opener or code would make entering the property easier.

Well-equipped basecamp for exploring Lake Tahoe

This condo was nicely decorated and well-equipped for our party of five. We loved the coffee bar and Diamond Peak views. The beds were super comfy too!!
