Located conveniently near Lake Tahoe, this vacation home is sure to make your next trip to Nevada one to remember! Enjoy the lake's waters firsthand at Sand Harbor or go for a stroll through Burnt Cedar Park for a breathtaking view of nature. Hit the links at the Incline Village Championship Golf Course or check out the Great Incline Bull Wheel to learn a little about the area's history. Go for a drive south along the lake and visit the Sand Harbor Trepp Amphitheater to set up a picnic together as you breathe in the crisp air and the gorgeous scenery. When you get hungry, take advantage of the nearby restaurants and bars to wind down as you recap your exciting day.

Back at your condo, watch your favorite streaming service as you relax in the living room or play some of the included board games. There is also a kayak and sleds to use if you'd like to traverse the lake or ride down steep hills. Use the fully-equipped kitchen as you see fit and make something as simple as a cup of coffee or as complex as an entire meal for the group. Indulge at the dining table or bring your freshly-brewed coffee out to the deck. Before bed, start up the fireplace and bask in the warm ambiance with a good book or great company before going to sleep for the night.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
