The place is clean and has everything. Maintenance was ready to come fix any problem like the shower head and the internet that we faced. I loved the two bed villa, It was spacious and perfect for my family!

Loved the hot tub. Everything was great except we couldn't get all of the televisions to work, but no big deal. It was very comfy and clean. They had everything we could have needed! Would recommend!

solid option for sleeping if you need a family type accommodation, plenty of room, proper amenities in working order, non luxurious appliances and finishes, would. not spend a week long vacation here but it is acceptable for a short crash

Place to lay your head.

The stay was fine for an overnighter no frills just a place to sleep and shower. If you expect nothing you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic property to stay with family . The kitchen on second floor smelled like eggs. The cleaning staff needs to make sure things are odor free after cleaning

We liked the accessibility to the venue that we were attending. Loved the privacy, and all the amenities available at the condo. Check in was good, but maybe appreciate a person at the desk in the daytime a bit more, however "whoever" was checking us in was very good, and did appreciate it being available for 24 hours. In my condo, I would liked to have had a hanging space for clothes. Overall cleanliness was pretty good, but carpets going to upstairs condo really need a cleaning. Overall,really enjoyed our stay.

Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. I was told there was a possibility, told to call back that afternoon if our check in. I called at 2:30 pm that day and told no early check in. Rooms weren’t ready?? Thought they might be flexible, but not at all. When we arrived from out of town for a formal wedding we had to go to another family members hotel to dress. Disappointing they weren’t accommodating at all. Within 3 days of leaving there, the same credit card was compromised & used fraudulently for a very high dollar charge. This has never happened to us. Charge has been disputed and resolved after hours on phone with Visa. We question now if the fraudulent transaction didn’t come from this stay.
