The house was lovely. However the mattresses were horrible. I ordered a mattress topper. The faucets and shower heads were cheap which made taking a shower terrible. I was charged more than what the website stated for the hall. That was disappointing also after paying extra for the hall I could only use it for 12 hrs. I feel I should have had access the night before. The property manager Jayson & help (Mike) were fantastic. Also, the house needs a 1/2 bath on first floor otherwise your guests have to go into someone’s room which is not good.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is so spacious, we all had our own room and bathroom which was so nice. It is in a unique rural area, so it was super peaceful, no traffic and no noise from other guests nearby. It is also a short drive to Oviedo, UCF and Winter Springs with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Other reviews mentioned the lack of supplies, but there were plenty for us. The bathroom toiletries are not provided, but that was fine with us. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for Lotsa Couples

The place was very clean, decorated like a nice hotel. It is well water so there's a slight smell to the water, but nothing bad. Suggest bringing drinking water. Note: The piano is non-functional (big disappointment to us as we book for the pianos). No grill either, just note that. No TV's in rooms. Each room has it's own bathroom. Overall very nice place.

THEY WERE A FEW ITEMS THAT COULD BE CHANGED, SPOKE TO OWNER ABOUT. SUGGESTIONS: PROVIDE TRASH BAGS, SOAP FOR DISHWASHER, PAPER TOWELS?....MAYBE CHANGE COFFEE MAKER IS DATED.

Great place for family event!

Rooms and bathrooms were very nice, large and comfy! The kitchen was also large enough to feed everyone. The dining in the back of the VRBO was a great place for an economical event. It would have been nice to have more garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels, especially for our event. Also, wish we could have had more than 12 hours for set for our event. We were able to transform the space and we'd love to share pictures for your website! Christina was a great communicator! Thank you!

Family Success

We booked for several family members who were in town for a wedding. The three downstairs bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect for our elderly guests who couldn't climb stairs. All six bedrooms had very comfortable with plenty of pillows and the bathrooms had enough towels. The living space was more than adequate and the kitchen was well equipped. Some opportunities for improvement were the low sitting commodes, outlets that didn't work in some areas, only one TV in the whole house, and no community bathroom, only the ones inside the bedrooms. Overall, the house was large, clean, and comfortable and suited our needs well with plenty of parking and area for unloading/loading. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Nice For a large group

We stayed here for a family wedding. It was a good set up having 6 bedrooms each with their own bath. The main room had plenty of seating for our large group. We had issues with the water having an odor so I’d plan to bring plenty of bottled water. We ran into a few problems and the owner was prompt in taking care of it and was easily accessible. For the size of the house and kitchen, it wasn’t well stocked. There weren't condiments or cooking supplies so we had to buy it trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. They leave you just enough for the first couple of days. Overall it was a good house but could be better stocked.

Big House

The house was big and new built, all looked nice inside. However, the cleanness was an issue. While the toilets had a wrapper stating they been cleaned, the black ring around the bowl said otherwise. The house had no soap, the advertise of a hair dryer in each room, ended up to only two. The house is located in a very dark rural area, so much so that even the Uber drivers were scared to drive to or had difficulty to find it. There was no light at the entrance to the property, and since it is a long windy driveway, one does not know if they are driving towards the house or where!! Upon arriving to the house, there was no lights to light your way to the door for safety. There are no warning signs that it is crocodile area! Over all, the house itself is nice but, I would not recommend to anyone.
