Welcome to Diamond View Beach House, a stunningly spacious retreat where ocean views and family comfort converge. Imagine preparing a delicious meal in the open-plan kitchen while gazing out at the endless ocean, and savouring your dinner as the sunset paints the bay in breathtaking colours.
The Diamond View Beach House is perfectly located just off the Esplanade. The main front beach is only a short 100 meter walk, and only 200m away from the town centre with access to everything you need—whether it's a stroll to the supermarket, a visit to the bakery, a meal at the hotel or enquiries at the information centre. Embrace the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at Diamond View Beach House.
The home features three well-appointed bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: A luxurious queen-sized bed with a full built-in robe, complemented by two bedside tables and a tall boy. Enjoy direct access to the front verandah through your own private entrance.
Second Bedroom: Another queen-sized bed with built-in robes and bedside tables on either side, offering a serene view of the enclosed backyard.
Third Bedroom: Ideal for the kids, with two single beds designed for a cozy and fun space.
The bathroom layout is thoughtfully separated into distinct areas: a shower and bath, a separate toilet, and a wash basin/vanity, ensuring convenience and privacy. The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a full-sized sink, plus a door leading directly to the enclosed backyard.
Outside, you’ll find ample parking and a fully enclosed backyard with high fences for privacy and security. Enjoy the outdoors with comfortable furniture and a gas barbecue, perfect for family cookouts and relaxing afternoons.

Fabulous house with gorgeous views
Checkin process was seamless with great communication from the owner. A lovely house to relax and soak in the views of beautiful Waterloo Bay.

Great for all Ages
We had a fantastic stay at Diamond View in Elliston. We had a 100 year old lady with us and the grounds and facilities were safe and comfortable for her to move around. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting peaceful, clean and convenient accommodation. Thank you.
