No human contact onsite; terrible parking space; aggressive tenants' noise very audible through walls; extremely small - not as advertised; no soap, no handtowels, no bathroom bin, limited tea making facilities including no milk.

The window ledges inside the room where covered in dust and dirt the one in bathroom had pubic hair on it and a fresh burn that hadn’t even been cleaned off Under the bed was and still would be dust and lid central along with the microwave cupboard that looks like it’s not been cleaned since the place was built … Laundry code DOES NOT EVEN WORK… Ohh and the saucepans had spaghetti bolognaise from the last guest still on them Bedside drawer hasn’t been wiped out since was taken out of its flat pack

Surface clean only Rude don’t give the right code for laundry wasn’t able to wash over my stay Code was changed while we were out For our room and foyer doors Basin hanging off the vanity Toilet that ran for the whole stay Rips in flyscreen Not even half a toilet roll in toilet on arrival The outside gardens are disgusting full of rubbish and smoke butts all up stair wells and paths bits of everything that no one wants anymore just gets thrown around the premises and not cleaned up Teenagers sitting in stair wells all hours of the night and talking about things the public doesn’t need to hear about
