With over 75 feet of pristine, all-sports waterfront, this spacious ranch home offers over 2,000 sq ft of fun, relaxation and comfort. The open floor plan features an expansive yet cozy 27 foot great room, perfect for entertaining with seamless flow between the dining area, living room, and pool table space. The home features two queen bedrooms and a luxurious king en-suite, all with lovely lake views. Four Fujitsu heating and air units ensure year-round comfort. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to stay connected. Throughout your stay, enjoy amenities like a pool table, chess table, and board games or relax in the cozy egg chair with a good book. Hardwood floors grace most of the home, complemented by recent updates to the bathroom and kitchen where you can choose to dine at either the breakfast nook or large dining table that seats 8! The home also offers a fully stocked kitchen—ideal for baking the fresh blueberries picked from the surrounding u-pick blueberry farms. Outside you'll find a 2-tiered deck with comfy seating, outdoor dining, and a grill. Be sure to grab your cup of coffee or tea and head outside to enjoy peaceful mornings as the sun rises over the calm waters. After, dive into a variety of outdoor activities—swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or canoeing, then end your evening gathered around the large wood burning firepit illuminated by string lights. Air Conditioning: Each room has their own AC except for the smallest bedroom.

ATV's: ATV's are not allowed to be used on the property.

Animals: Deer, squirrel, and geese are common.

Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms at the house:

*Bathroom #2: Full bath with shower

Beach/Swimming: Yes! This property is located right on Silver Lake. The lake has a sandy bottom for a few feet and then does get soft.

*Primary: King bed with TV

*Bedroom #3: Queen bed (No AC, but there is a ceiling fan)
*Sofa sleeper and cot available for additional sleeping

Boats: There are 2 kayaks and 4 lifejackets available for use. Available from Memorial to Labor Day.

Boat Launch: There is a boat launch on this lake right next to property.

Bugs: Mosquitoes are common in the area

Cable: This property does not have traditional cable. Streaming TV's. Please bring your account log in information with you.

Cell Phone Service: Good reception with all major carriers, Verizon has been the best overall.

Coffee Maker: There is a Keurig single-cup, a 12-cup coffee maker, and a stove top espresso machine! Filters, and some K-cups provided

*Kal-Haven Trail is an amazing 34 mile long linear multi use trail that runs right through Grand Junction and links Kalamazoo to South Haven. See postcard-worthy covered bridges and make a pit stop at Bumbleberry Acres in South Haven to pick up local fruit. Or Kick back in one of Bumbleberry's hammocks with an apple cider doughnut.

Dock: Yes! This property has a 30ft dock with a water depth of 8ft to 10ft.

Drinking Water: Well water is used at the property, and there is a water filter in the fridge.

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: Yes, Electric wood burning stove.

Fire-pit: A firepit with 6 seats is available to guests!

Fishing: Bass, Walleye, and Pike!

Fishing License: A license is required to fish in Michigan.

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.

- Allegan County Snowmobile Trails: Around 20-25 miles from Grand Junction
- Kalamazoo County Snowmobile Trails: About 25-30 miles away
