This ground floor apartment with 1x private carpark is a great base for exploring Christchurch. With 2-bedrooms - offering a King bed in 1 bedroom and x1 King Single bed in the 2nd bedroom - Comfortably sleeping 3 Guests, but with the flexibility to have a 4th/5th Guest with the Sofa bed located in the living area. Please note Sofa bed linen is an additional cost.
Open plan Kitchen, Living and dining area opening out to the courtyard via the ranch slider to enjoy the courtyard in the afternoons.
The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to an incredible number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes.
Looking out through the large windows you can explore the Avon River via punting on the Avon or a short walk to Margaret Mahy playground - famous in Christchurch and great for the kids.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city apartment. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The apartment is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check-out time is 10 am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
