The master bedroom with King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and 55” TV with large slider to the covered lanai is located on one side of the house. There is an oversize walk-in-closet in the hallway leading to the spacious ensuite bath with large double vanity and huge walk-in shower. The view, out to the water, is pretty easy to wake up to each morning. Two guest bedrooms, both with King sets, are located on the opposite side of the house. They share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

There is an expansive laundry with upper cabinets, a sink and an oversized two car garage. Pool/Spa heater is optional and can be added for an additional fee. Boat lift is not included in the rental.
