The architecture of the lodge is very authenthic, especially the lobby. The rooms were spacious with nice lakeview. Overall very family friendly and relaxing environment.

I feel like this was a memorial day weekend and they could have prepared better. Water park 2 rides out of 3 were down, also the bucket was down. Also they don't let you check in before 4pm if you get there early, but you are able to use all the amenities. There are showers, changing rooms and bathrooms.

I loved the room, it had everything to have an incredible stay, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities are amazing, the food is delicious, it has many activities to do outdoors and connect with nature, the check in and the staff was incredible.

The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the sofa very comfortable, the room amenities, the staff was very nice and the check in was fast. I would definitely come back to this great hotel.

Beautiful view but Shocking

Someone got into our room while we were all sleeping and put a breakfast plate inside the room. Scary and not acceptable! We didn't ask for any breakfast. We were shocked. The door was closed.

Views are incredible, so are the dining options and the mexican menu, try those chicken quesadillas! Resort was renovated recently and the service was exceptional, right from the check in they told us instructions.

Our stay was wonderful!! The service was exceptional since the moment we checked in. The grill located nearby offers great dining options specially if you're into mexican food. We will definitively come back to see that georgeous view again!

Staff were all very nice. Restaurant on direct property was closed. Was difficult to find and once we did, needed to go to other property location to check in. Would have been helpful to know that before. Pool heater wasn’t working. Hot tub was good, room was clean, breakfast was good. Beautiful view of lake. Overall good, just seems like the property could use a little upgrading

Big mistake

This was terrible - we checked in and checked right out. It was difficult to figure out where to check in and once we found that building, our stay was in another building that had no staff - no one was at the front desk, there were no elevators( room was on the third floor!). We found a security guard and he directed us how to get to the room.There was no hot water and the room phone didn’t work. The building was empty. This was Split Rock Lodge, don’t go there - you will be disappointed. Very old decor, dirty rugs- nothing close to what is advertised.
