Overall, it was a lovely place but the crowing rooster all night and the incessant barking of dogs, i could have done without. Loved the rooftop patio, the staff was friendly and the suite had all the amenities required.

Great hotel, friendly staff and clean room. We enjoyed our stay. However, there was a strong sewage smell in the room and some parts of the hotel.

Super friendly staff, air conditioned rooms, great facilities. Secure beds of room could have been a bit better, the door to the shared patio didn’t lock. Bit of a walk to get to town but not too bad. Nice cafes and Grocery store nearby. Overall an awesome stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Maramara! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great—a 5-minute walk to the town centre and 10 min to the beach. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of walking around Saulita!

Like: Easy access to parking structure and lobby Recently built property Rooftop swimming pool. Great view. Didn’t Like: Power blackout during rain. A backup power plant would make guest experience smoother and more enjoyable during those days since they are quite frequent.

This property is simple and has a great pool. It was clean and had what we needed. The location is close to lots of stores and places to eat. We were able to lock up our golf cart in a garage. Our room was next to the janitor closet so it was noisy during the day. The view on all sides was all active construction.

Loved our stay at Maramara the rooster and dogs barking in the morning were annoying at times but I also know this is hard to control.

The architecture was beautiful. The luxury room had cheap, lumpy pillows, sweaty microfiber sheets, no towel rack in the bathroom, no ramp for suitcases. But it was convenient, clean, had a nice ground floor pool, and all the staff were very friendly.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maramara. The staff was very nice and made everything very easy from the moment we checked in. The area is very safe and everything was a short distance away. The rooftop pool was very relaxing with great views. The room was clean and was equipped with a refrigerator and a small kitchen,,,we didn't do any cooking but it was nice to be able to place some drinks in the fridge.

The property is still a little bit of being completed but it's barely noticeable and we really enjoyed our stay there. Clean, quiet, such pleasant staff and great spots here and there relax like up on the roof top pool... so so good. Really nice new place in Saylulita. Great communication from and with staff. Nice parking area. Close walk to everything yet quiet. Great view from roof pool. Another in lower level. WiFi was good and it was really comfortable. We booked more days as we wrap back at the end of the trip.

This property is still under construction about half completed. The garden terrace not done the bar area completely unfinished in fact barely started. The front desk is not manned until 9am and gone at 4pm. Getting to the rooftop pool takes you through a lot of construction and once there you are surrounded by buildings under construction. Very noisy and not relaxing. Pool water was murky not crystal clear. Room was nicely appointed but very small. Toilet was positioned in a way that was very difficult. Once this place is finished I imagine it will be lovely but its far from there presently.
