Reaĺly not suited for short term stays ... maybe for longer renting periods but the apparments are really bare and it feels super uncomfortable. Next to that there were a lot of broken things, weird layouts and uncomfortable set ups in my appartment,

Simple but convient

Good location and comfortable. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Nice public pool area right next to the hotel and only one stop by bus to the shopping area. But parking is bit expensive and it wasn't very clearn. When we arrived the floor needed vacuming, there were hair and dust on the stairway and dead bugs on window and curtains. We stayed 6 days and they were supposed to come and clean the room middle of the week but never showed up.

Don't choose this hotel!

We booked accommodation for three adults. One of us couldn't sleep because the sofa bed turned out to be a mattress directly on the floor with a wooden beam in the middle. The staff apologized, saying they had heard about this before!! No compensation! At 11:30 PM, we got an extra thin mattress. The ceiling height in the loft was so low that we hit our heads, and the staircase up was very difficult to climb as it was far too steep. The AC sounded like a storm.

Okay stay

Overall a nice stay. We stayed in a townhouse. Please bear in mind that the stairs are very steep. Pots could have done with a better clean but the shower was powerful and the bed was comfy.

One is the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The only real issue was that needing an app just to unlock the hotel room door was completely moronic. Thankfully however, the hotel soon gave us a physical key, and all was well after that

Nice clean unit. Great staff. Like living in an Idea store. Not a bad thing. Low ceiling in loft was a pain in head. If I ever return I would ask for a flat.

The area with the waterfront cabins was easy to reach with my own vehicle. My cabin actually had a fantastic view of the water, which is not the case for all cabins due to their location. The apartment is functionally equipped, most of the necessary things are available. However, I did miss a fold-out tumble dryer (the washing machine is there) and a tea towel. Also, when renting on two very warm days, there should be more than just one small bottle of Showregel (40ml) inside. Despite these minor flaws, I can still recommend the Waterfront Cabins.

I was feeling positive about this hotel because it had good reviews and the pictures looked gorgeous but sadly that wasn't reality. I arrived in the middle of the night due to flight delays, and the reception desk was hard to find and the experience felt odd. The staff were lovely, but the whole places was hard to find my way around... it looked nothing like the pictures - quite lackluster unfortunately. The room, once I found it, I hate to say, but it gave the atmosphere of a motel. I booked well in advance so was confused as to how it could be so dirty. The bedding was cheap and white and looked like it had been slept in already. The furniture was also very cheap and poorly kept - I have a feeling this company spent most of their money on advertising because I just cannot believe how different it was to the pictures. It was tiny, which I could have coped with, but there were large stains on 2/3 seats of the sofa which did not look appealing to sit on, the shower looked like someone pooped in it... there was black dirt around the inside of the windows when opened, so one could tell it had not been properly maintained for a very considerable amount of time. Thankfully I had a friend with me to help with checking in, but I was alone I don't know how I would have coped. And this was visiting in summer where you would expect things to be more beautiful. I had no choice but to stay there the first night, but I sadly could barely handle that. Nothing felt clean. ):

The family studio was nicely equipped with all the essentials and located near the water, which was a great way to wake up. Unfortunately, the positives end there, and the stay was quite inconvenient otherwise. One of the studios we booked (we reserved two) was on the third floor without any elevator access. This information was not shared by either the hotel or Expedia, which was a major letdown and a great inconvenience. I was assigned this studio, and my mother, who has knee issues and difficulty climbing stairs, accompanied me. When I contacted the reception to request a change to a ground floor studio or one with elevator access, I was told that while there were empty studios available, they were not cleaned, despite our arrival being after 10 PM, well past the official check-out time, which should have allowed ample time to clean the studios. If the hotel or Expedia had informed us that they could not provide a studio on the ground floor or with elevator access, I would have canceled the booking and chosen another accommodation. This was a significant letdown.

Super sentral beligghenhet. Hyggelig onråde med fin park, minigolf, badeplass og padeltennis like ved. Liten shop som er selvbetjent og åpent 24/7. Bra utstyrt studioleilighet. Obs! Hard sovesofa så ikke egnet med dårlig rygg!! Deilig klimaanlegg som gav god kjøling. Ikke heis til leiligheten så du må klare å bære baggasjen din selv opp bratt trapp.

We had a very nice two night stay at the Waterside Cabins. It was impeccably clean, very quiet, well equipped and super comfortable beds! Public transport into Gothenburg and out to the islands was very easy. We hopped about all over the place on buses, trams and ferries and had a really great stay. We would return! Thankyou! Toppenbra läge, enkelt att ta sig till stan. Mysig park med bad några hundra meter från boendet. Trevlig personal och utrustat kök. Rätt lyhört dock. Bra med en /4/7 affär på området och ett enkelt med bra ”café” med humans priser.

Lite udde boende,men överlag bekvämt

Övernattning med sällskap på 3 personer (2vuxna, 1barn) 3 nätter. Vi hade utsikt mot innergården, hade hoppats på att få mot vattnet, men rent och fräscht boende, öppet och ljust. Badrummet var väl tilltaget med bra utrymme. Fanns även diskmaskin, ugn i köket samt tvättmaskin i badrummet. Dock saknades micro. Hotellet har egen inhängnad parkering,man kan även välja att stå på den allmänna/kommunala men det är lite dyrare. Den inhägnadde parkeringen ligger närmare boende, men då det inte finns nå markeringar så blev det lätt lite kaos placeringar av bilarna, vilket leder till att det blir svårare att parkera bra. Men överlag nöjda med boendet. Övrigt. Då det liggr lite off, även om busshållplatser fanns i närheten, tog vi en Uber till Liseberg, 111kr var riktigt prisvärt. Vi tog oss även vidare från Liseberg in mot centrala Göteborg med Uber.
