Good but not great.

The property was nice but they had a few flaws. We showed up at the tail-end of summer and the room's A/C was turned off for the year. It took the company 24 hours to fix and could not offer a fan, so the first night was hot and loud with the windows open. The bathroom hand soap was switched with the shampoo and they were both bolted in so that wasn't great to use. The towels were a little old. We could never figure out the dryer function of the washer/dryer so our clothes never dried out. It is an okay location; 25 minute walk to the city center.

Everything you could want in a hotel.

Hotel had everything including kitchen, dishwasher and washer for clothes in the room. Room was clean and very modern. Perfect size. We felt at home and did not want to leave.

Ik heb hier heel goed verblijf gehad. Wat een ruimte je krijgt voor die prijs. Als je met een bolt gaat of een fiets huurt ben je binnen 10 minuten bij alle highlights van Sevilla. Ook zit de lidl om de hoek. En even verder op de beste churros van Sevilla. Ik zou dit zeker aanraden

Its new, clean, & comfortable. Walking distance from train station. 2 Supermarkets nearby. Check in must be done before arrival. They don't allow you inside the lobby/building while you check in. Make sure you ask property to send check in process prior to. Their system didn't send this to me before arrival. In the middle of the street, in 30° Celsius, in bright sun (difficult to see the screen on my phone), I had to unpack my bag to access my documents to send to them. They know this is a known issue with Expedia bookings, yet some how sending the check in process for this booking was missed. Assuming most travelers are tired when they arrive & their documents are packed safely in their luggage, it can be frustrating, inconvenient, & unsafe (if you need to unpack in the street) if you check when you arrive. There's no staff at the property on hand to help if you need. Hopefully you don't encounter issues that you cannot resolve on your own. I'm not sure how fast they can arrange for staff to assist. Looks like the point of contact are people in another country. There's no possibility of luggage storage at this property. If you plan to explore after check out, make sure you have another place to store your things or be prepared to carry your luggage around.

Todo relativo a la reserva es vía online. Recibes muchos mensajes repetitivos, pero a la hora de consultar se tarda en responder. Es un edificio con apartamentos, reformado y muy nuevo. Algo alejado del centro. Indican que disponen de parking privado, lo.consulto y me dicen que de haber disponibilidad (no reservan) se puede aparcar. Pregunto como se accede, sin respuesta. También me indican el parking más cercano, a más de 10 minutos del apartamento. Insisto en lo del parking y me saltan que no está disponible y que el compañero que me indicó lo contrario se equivocó. Al entrar en el edificio veo que hay plazas libres en el parking, pero no me permiten aparcar. Tuve la suerte de haber aparcado en la calle, pero si vienes pocos días y necesitas coger el coche, tener que perder tanto tiempo hasta un parking privado no es una opción. A todo esto solo se comunican por WhatsApp, si quiera por llamada, ármate de paciencia para la respuesta. Tampoco tienen opción de guardar el equipaje. La habitación muy nueva, pero con detalles como cojines con manchas. Hay mucho que mejorar

Highly recommended spot in Seville

This room was perfect for us..it had kitchen facilities so we could make our own breakfast and whatever else we needed. Plenty of space to move about, a couch to sit on, good sized bathroom. There was even (bonus!) a washing machine so we didn’t have to find a laundromat! Three different supermarkets within 5 minutes walk from the front door. Everything we might need for a five night stay was provided.. 10 minutes walk to Santa Justa station, 20 minutes walk to the centre of Seville. There was even a swimming pool and a roof terrace we could use if we wanted. The Limehouse people were very quick to answer queries via e mail.

Nice choice if exploring Seville

Very good place to stay. On a bus route to the train station and into the city. Close to nice cafes/tapas/restaurants. Use of a pool and a terrace. Quite a small apartment but adequate for a couple. No reception but very clear and straightforward entry procedure. Basic cooking facilities with microwave and hob. Washing machine useful but note there is nowhere to dry clothes. A washer/dryer would have been better. Lidl five minutes walk away. Would recommend for a short stay exploring Seville and surrounds.

Explore Sevilla

Very clean modern spacious room. Has cooking facilities - hot plate, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, plates. Bed is comfortable. They can improve by providing 2 extra pillow. Communication is by Whatsapp. No human contact. Sundeck on top is good for walking sunset. Has swimming pool but did not use. Hotel is halfway between train station and the city center. 12 mins walk each way
