Great location. Convenient yet quiet. Clean apartment. Well sized for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine very handy to have. Apartment a little dark in the evening (mood lighting throughout apartment).

Excellent location! Very clean and comfortable. No air conditioning, but I hear that is typical for Denmark. Very close to shopping and other sights. Great for kids.

Nice, clean apartment with great access to Kongens Nytorv metro. Proactive communication on checkout procedures was missing but otherwise a great place to stay. Very responsive when I asked for info on checkout. We woud definitely stay again.

They..the cleaning ladies were extremely rude, had a very hard time to figure out how to get into apt Nice place. Close to the canal boat tours. Very close to the walking streets.

Nice property and if you are hot, there is no AC. Otherwise you have to open the windows and can get a little loud. Communication was excellent and place was super clean. Bedding was very comfortable along with bathroom facilities.

Close to everything, very good washing machine and dryer. Easy access, big parking parking place with charging possibility for electric cars. Would be perfect if it had aircondition. The apartment was beautiful. There was an obvious high level of care taken to creates welcoming space. Everything in it was new. The walk to the harbor was only 10 minutes. Great location!

We enjoyed our time at the property. It is clean,and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We had great communication, they helped us out very quickly when we had a key issue at 8pm. They have very good instructions for everything except the washer/dryer. It is a combo machine and I could not make the dryer work. Quite sure that it was user error and not that the machine didn't work. Location is great - public transport is close, grocery store only a block away. Short walk to the Harbor. Felt safe walking around the area. Would stay again.

Beautiful 2- bedroom apartment. Great location. Had internet smart TV issues, but management came in ( surprisingly unannounced) and resolved it within two hours. Not sure where communication fell where we were not informed and she entered with her management keys while we were in apartment. Hate to think if we were not there and she had entered as we value our privacy. Otherwise - perfect apartment. Clean.

Brand new flat in a great location. Everything was within walking distance we were very satisfied. One thing was negative only, namely that we only received the check-in instructions once we arrived in the city. I had to call the operator to obtain the information. The operator was very helpful and once I called them I immediately received everything I needed and from then on everything was good.

This is a great spot for walking around Copenhagen. It's less than 15 minutes walking from some of the most famous spots and 5 minutes from Marmorkirken metro station. There are lots of great eateries in the area and a grocery is a block away. The place was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a few days at the end of our trip. We booked specifically for the washer and dryer to do laundry and both worked perfectly. I booked about 12 hours before our arrival and did not receive check in instructions and had to call the company to get them. The only other thing they could add is clear instructions on where to take out the trash to.

The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased. What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. Which I hadn’t gotten as I was on vacation (international) with limited access to my emails. I was expecting to walk into the lobby of a nice hotel and check in, not figure out lock boxes on my own. They do have some app to request service or answer questions, but there is no automatic maid service or coffee pod refills. Maybe if I had asked, but this is my vacation, not time to figure out how to ask for fresh towels. The unit was on the first floor, so if you sleep with the doors or windows open for fresh air, you risk having someone enter while you sleep. It was a nice area and very quiet. Walkable to all the areas. Restaurants and shops close by. The dining room table has seating for 1 and the living room has two hard chairs, no comfy chair or couch to relax in. I wouldn’t not stay here again, but when you are expecting a nice hotel, this was a let down.
