I’ve stayed at Ventana al Atlántico several times, and every single visit has been a great experience. The customer service is always excellent—friendly, responsive, and attentive. The place is consistently clean and peaceful, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy. The owner is very courteous and welcoming, which adds a personal touch that keeps me coming back. The location is also perfect—close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still feels private and calm. For everything it offers, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Ventana al Atlántico to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in the area!

We needed a place for one night on the spur of the moment and discover a very affordable hidden gem. Very quite with a beautiful and private beach with several places to eat within just a few kilometers

Honestly, I did not feel safe here. I arrived at night, no verification needed. Room was scary, clean tho. But the door was made of wood and you can see thru the cracks. Anyone could peak thru it. I was very scare didn’t sleep much. I would not recommend if your staying alone and don’t know the area.

The views and location are absolutely beautiful, and the place has a lot of potential. However, the hotel rooms need serious work. There was no door on the bathroom, the sheets and mattress were very worn, and the towels were old. I stayed for 7 days and no one came to clean the room or bring fresh towels. We even had to buy our own toilet paper. For the price they’re charging, I expected much better service and upkeep. If they invest in some much-needed updates and improve their hospitality, it could be a great spot. Until then, it feels overpriced for what you get.

View of ocean was nice. Exterior and interior need updating. Appears worn out. Water pressure horrible when multiple people are using showers,etc. Not sure if related to water issues in general at the time.( Toilet did not flush) Grill area was rusted out and dirty. Needs refreshed!!! Bathhouse next to pool needs redone!!! Overall average stay.

Not what I was expecting from the pictures. Great view is all I can say. Place is in poor conditions, no lobby to check in or any direction who to contact. We were lucky that owner was in the property at the time when we arrived.

Terrible experience. Rude not well mannered people running the place. Booking was ocean view room and I was given a room with no view at all. The room was dirty, the main door had a big space open in the bottom of the door so dozens of mosquitos will enter the room. the faucet broken, the tv didnt work and on top they locked us out the room and it took the police to intervene so they could answer the several calls and messages we sent them. Mean bad people period. When I told the man about the room not having ocean view he said this is Puerto Rico. He insulted his own place. so disturbing

We had to call the number to "check in". There is no clear direction. The first room was flooded, they did put us in a second room that wasnt flooded reluctantly. The first room you have to walk on the roof to get to it. Great view but the property really needs to be maintained. Another guest had to show us to our room as there is no office or workers on site.

Is not a hotel, no sign, limited parking, no front desk, just a normal pool and front beach. Septic odor around the property. No security. When I found my room other people are inside. They just close the door and nobody answer. I call many time to the phone number of the property and nobody answer. Terrible experience.

BEWARE. The ocean front is beautiful but this place is a dump. I never actual met the owner of the place and had to call multiple times to be let in. He called the day before to switch our room (not sure why) and the room we got was absolutely disgusting, looked like it had never been wiped down. Years of flies and mold in the windows , bathroom cabinet and toilet cover broke when used once. Bed frame was falling apart (couldn’t lean on it). No blankets and only a few towels that were dirty. Pillows were yellow and stained, bed was hard. And there were bugs EVERYWHERE. Didn’t even attempt the pool as there was no filter. We were supposed to stay for 6 days and we left the next morning. Told the owner we left and never got a reply expect for the cleaning people (?) a few days later asking us about our experience so far. Really disappointing and a waste of our money, don’t stay here.

The contact person was always very friendly but the property is not of the quality they claim it has. A lot of disorganized work around and it is a poorly maintained property. The sheets were not washed and there was lipstick on one of the pillows. Insects inside the room due to lack of fumigation. They don't even provide soap for bathing and the stove is full of corrosion. The surroundings are a disaster and the owners promote the view of the sea and the pool and neglect the facilities.

Not worth the money you save.

This property is barely habitable. The pictures are deceiving. You will save in comparison to other places but it’s not worth it. To start, our stay started with having to call to have our lock repaired because it was missing a screw and would not lock. Night 3 we came back to our entire room flooded with an inch of water. Everything was soaked. Then we came back to a missing shower head and could not use the shower that day. With all that being said, the property manager will communicate with you and is very nice. He offered us a room to sleep in and to wash any clothes that were wet because of the flood. Unfortunately that does not make up for disrepair you have to deal with. The view from the deck is beautiful as long as you don’t get a splinter or impale yourself on the walk over. So if you’re looking for communication, this is the place for your. If you’re looking to enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico, look elsewhere.

Even though kitchen had a burner and air fryer, no outlets to plug into. Wall next to the window had three outlets, none worked. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Also, front door had a gap at the bottom, any animal could crawl into the room. Bathroom window had no curtains, made my own out of sheets. Outside the bathroom window there was a tank, anyone could lift themselves up to watch someone take a shower… pictures on Orbitz look nothing what I experienced.
