One of the best affordable property rentals that you can rent for on the beach and have a blast mind you they have a miniature basketball court gaming room with an arcade and arcades in it. It’s amazing thank you so much.

Unlocked adjoining door & dirty unit

Upon arrival, we noticed that the area was poorly lit. It took us a while to get into the property. We had to communicate for 20 minutes with the property manager. Finally got into the unit. There was no bedding on either bed, or towels But there was dirtyv bedding/ towels from the previous tenant in the hallway. Also, trash from the previous tenant was still in the room. It took. A day for them to get us linens as well as the towels which were supposed to be included.vWe ended up buying our own. Also one of the bedroom's air conditioners was not working and no one came to fix it till day three. Communication was very poor, & i didn't feel heard. The biggest problem was that there was a connecting door that was left unlocked. We didn't know what the door led to, we opened it to find a ypung woman, scared & in a towel. It was unacceptable. We felt horrible and apologized.

this was a decent place and i am not picky but i was not warned of how noisy it is at night. we were the first door when you come in and there is barely a hallway to get to the room. we could hear everything outside the door and the windows. it sounded like the windows were opened the whole time. the place was clean and had all of the necessities. the windows also are just blurred and can’t actually see out of them. the wifi only worked the first day so keep that in mind. we didn’t have any table, but it was similar to a studio apartment so it probably wouldn’t be able to fit but none of the pictures online showed rooms without the kitchen table so we were surprised. overall i would rate it a 3 as the location was good and safe. 5 min walk from beach access.

It was a building next to a dry cleaners that looked in poor condition. The noise from the dry cleaners in the morning woke me up. At first I thought it was construction. Next, little bugs appeared in the bathroom sink and in the kitchen. The first evening we noticed mold on the ceiling, we wanted to leave the place immediately but could not get our expensive amount back. We needed towels, after the second day. Anything extra, we had to pay for it. We booked for four days! No one to speak to but a person hired through Optium. The floor and walls were scratched and in poor condition. We definitely didn’t get what we paid for. Almost forgot there were streaks and water marks on the blue walls. There was no closet or any bureau where I could hang my clothes. We lived out of our suitcases. On a positive note can say that our refrigerator worked and our air conditioning worked well.

Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better.

Don’t bother

Fees upon fees and when you think it’s over, there’s another one. Don’t bother asking for anything during your stay they won’t send anyone to help. And when it’s time for checkout, they ask for more money. Our room leaked from 4 different places when it rained overnight and there were puddles on the floor when we woke up.

Arrived at unit late on checkin day and the front door was unlocked. When we entered, it was obvious someone had stayed in the unit. Trash, wet towels, personal items, dirty bed, and more. I have photos. Since we had received a text from the property stating it was cleaned and ready early on check in day and with the door unlocked, it’s obviously not safe if people have access. It was disgusting. We also didn’t have hot water.

Péssima experiência

Quanto ao quarto: Nosso quarto era térreo, os demais hóspedes passavam gritando, falando alto, rindo, batendo o portão de entrada o tempo todo. Em qualquer horário, não houve sossego. Chão sujo, impossível pisar descalço, porque parecia uma cola de tanta sujeira. Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Ou super gelado ou quente. A cozinha é bem equipada, espaço bom, geladeira grande. Boas toalhas de banho e itens de higiene. Quanto a localização Super bem localizado, perto de tudo (mercados, farmácias, praia, restaurantes). Por causa disso, super barulhento. Carros 24h por dia buzinando, freiando e com muito barulho. Nosso quarto era térreo (n 101 - Studio 1 com cama queen), e ao lado fica um bar/restaurante com música alta e pessoas gritando madrugada a dentro. Na nossa primeira noite (sábado), houve música altíssima e gritaria até 3am. Não dormimos, não conseguimos descansar. A experiência foi desagradável. Não vale o preço que custa. Teria pago o dobro do valor por um lugar que tivesse silêncio e pudesse relaxar. Demais hóspedes completamente sem educação. Passavam ao lado do quarto cantando, gritando e falando alto. Em qualquer horário, seja durante o dia ou de madrugada. O portão de acesso aos quartos é de ferro, e faz muito barulho. As pessoas batiam este portão com toda a força, gerando muito barulho. Foi muito desrespeitoso. Até briga entre mulheres nos ouvimos, com gritaria e xingamentos. Provavelmente estavam alcoolizadas.

Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working properly. How ever people was friendly enough to pick up the pone all the time even though they couldn’t do much my first 2 days. After my 3rd day I was extremely happy.
