Is conveniently located just at the end of Dontobori and easy accessible to transportation. Everything you need is also provided especially washing machine during your stay, kitchen if you want to have light breakfast

We had a great stay here! Very easy to access and get checked in and out. Private and quiet. Easy walking distance to everything. Great little apartment where we had all the amenities we needed. Would love to stay again.

It was a great stay and very spacious. Air conditioning worked like a charm. Loved the toilet was separate from the bathing area. The washer/dryer machine was a life saver.

Great stay in Osaka

The apartment is great, very close to Dotonburi street. It has all the amenities possibly required for a stay in a city, a literal home away from home. High-tech, great AC, plenty of storage space, super functional amenities and comfortable bed.

Great property, you feel like living in your own apartment rather than hotel. It has everything (washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, stove) included in which you can stay for the whole day if you need a break. The hotel staff is great on responding your request, but you need to wait some time for them to response. Overall, it is a great choice and I will pick this property again when I visit Osaka next time.

Had a wonderful stay for almost a week. Easy self check-in via instructions from email. Had all the important necessities except for ironing in the room. Need to request for it but I'm fine without it. Walking distance of at least 15mins to most of the popular areas like Dotonburi, Nimba, Kuromon Seafood market etc. Hotel is nearby to Doton Plaza for shuttle bus to airport. Super convenient. Definitely I will recommend to my contacts.

The location was really close to Dontonburi and the train station. The room was spacious enough to fit 2 large suitcases open and has its own washer/dryer. The room is self serve check/in. I will say for some reason the AC and toilet blew an odor that smelled like faint pee smell but it wasn't too big of an issue. I would gladly stay here again due to it being so close to everything and being so spacious.

Good for its price. The property was clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. However, the surrounding area was dirty. There were cigarette butts everywhere and some animal crap on pedestrian walk. Felt unsafe after seeing people arguing loudly. And one person wanted to get run over. A lot of bicyclists as well. We were very careful walking. I was disappointed the property didn’t message me back after inquiring about luggage delivery.

The property said it was 2 double beds big enough to fit 2 people in each when in reality it was a king single the beds were hard which gave us all sore back and because it was self check in your supposed to get either an email or txt with the information to get in and we got neither we were lucky our friend was Japanese and was able to get his uncle to ring up and out how to get in for us

The apartment had exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort and size. There was more than enough room for 3 adults with 2 suitcases, bags, etc. The bathroom and toilet were modern and clean and the washing machine came in handy. The only downside, and this I felt was common throughout Osaka, was that the neighbourhood didn't feel as clean and friendly as other parts of Japan. There wasn't an occasion when we didn't feel unsafe in the area, day or night, but it didn't feel very 'homely.' Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to any traveller/travellers who like to have a kitchen and room to move around

Overall our stay was good and once we got in we really appreciated access to a washing machine. It seems there might have been a mixup with the reservation as we never received the communication about access codes or anything. And when we arrived we didn’t known it was a self-serve check in. Thankfully they posted the phone number at the entry and it worked out, but was a bit stressful late at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
